It's a very small local business with a very small sign. The following day we went to the tow yard so my mom can sign the paperwork, release the car and get her belongings from the car before they crush it. I was less than one mile away and had to call a tow truck and they arrived in approximately 30 minutes. They filled my tire with air just to be able to turn it around and get it lined up to hook up to flatbed tow truck. It was a bit difficult because the Prius is so low especially with a flat front tire. After a lot of maneuvering he got it on and took me & the car to Toyota. Unloading it wasn't easy either as there was a certain area where it needed to be unloaded and of course the front dragged on the tilted flatbed. Anyway, the driver was super nice as was the lady in the office!
