I always purchase the lifetime battery, and in my opinion, it's the most cost efficient way to go. He had put 14 scratches on the backplate and damaged the frame. Yes, I counted the scratches as his arrogance ran through my mind. I walked back and showed him the scratches he put into my watch. The lens now has noticeable white residue/scratches, causing terrible flare and severely degrading photo quality. When I showed them the issue and even compared it with my older iPhone 14 Pro, they brushed it off, claiming it was a "different model" and making ridiculous excuses about the blue anti-reflective coating. Because of their refusal to take responsibility, I am attaching side-by-side photos comparing my device directly with an identical iPhone 17 Pro model to clearly show the damage.
