We contacted Perfect Circle to come and inspect our roof. Denny came out the same day and inspected our entire roof. (Our roof was installed by Perfect Circle 20 years ago.) Denny completed his inspection and gave us a couple of recommendations. They came out the next day and within an hour had everything completed. Everyone that came to the house was pleasant, respectful and above all professional. They told us we shouldn't any problems with our roof for the next 20 years. They go the extra mile and even followed through with thank you notes. They re-shingled my mom's roof in one day, doing excellent work, every employee working on site was very couteous and thoughtful and when they were done... Well, this is what shocked me most... There was not one single tiny spec of evidence left behind that they had even been there working!! Their cleanup after the job was impeccable! So I called back and the let me know they got pretty busy, but they were going to get to it by the end of the week. Nothing. So I called a third time. They were coming soon. Nothing. I had a leak in the Concrete Tile Roof of my house and asked for the support from a few reputable contractors. Perfect Circle had the best price and also demonstrated knowledge and experience working with our type of roofing. Perfect Circle diagnosed that the problem was the seal around the chimney. This was not an urgent issue, but they got to the work after a few weeks. They got in, did the work, cleaned up, and the final product looks good and tight.
