From the start, the staff were careless and unprofessional. During the service, they were rough around my eye area, clearly inattentive, and did not follow basic safety or hygiene practices. The application was sloppy and painful, and it became obvious they had no regard for eye safety. After the appointment, my eye area was visibly damaged and irritated, something that should never happen from a routine eyelash service. This was not a minor issue or simple discomfort. It was the result of negligence and poor technique. What is most disturbing is the lack of care and accountability. There was no concern shown for the harm caused, and the overall attitude was dismissive rather than professional. This place should not be trusted with anything involving your eyes or face. Eyelash services require precision, hygiene, and caution, all of which were completely missing here. I am leaving this review to warn others. Do not risk your eyes, health, or money at this salon. There are far safer and more professional options in NYC.

This place is very inconsistent. I have been here a handful of times and have had mixed experiences, some good some very bad. Pearl Brows management has a nasty vibe & I'm not the only one to see or feel it. I got my lashes done last July 2025 and left the shop with intense burning pain, blurriness & tearing to my eyes. (Thank goodness I wasn't alone). I woke up the next day looking like this! I went to the emergency room with follow-ups to my eye doctor. Both doctors told me that I had an injury to my eyeball due to scratches with a very small instrument which caused the Lurine's, pain & bleeding. I went back days later to Pearl Brows & spoke with Saman? (not sure of her name but she claimed to be the manager) She was SNIDE & RUDE making it clear that she couldn't give a damn. She told me it was my "own fault!" I knew I had to just walk away at that moment. I was so upset. She acted as if I offended her. After all, I'd already paid her, so it was alright to treat me like garbage & offer no apologies or any compensation. These types of people do not value American Customer Service & choose not to assimilate to our ways. Instead she played the game of: blame the victim; get them to act out & be in the wrong; or just simply deny everything & tell you to go away; & never ever take accountability. I chose to walk away, but I was so upset. I filed a civil suit against Pearl Brows. The cowards never bothered to show up to court on December 16th, 2025.
