Next, I showed up on a day Saturday afternoon, without an appointment, but, thankfully, they were STILL able to fit me in. I had the pleasure of chatting with Bao and his wife (the owners). Both are amazing, kind, genuine, and talented. He did my nails and she did my pedicure; I loved both services. They took their time and didn't rush anything, like other places. Finally, customer service is top notch. Everyone was very welcoming. I recommend this nail salon to anyone looking for (or needing) to be pampered. Or if you just want a luxurious experience. I've definitely found my nail salon here in Wichita!

And the lady who did my lashes kept talking, stayed on her phone texting, I couldn't relax, and my eyes ended up looking uneven!!! I wanted to cry. She made one eye look bigger than the other. However, I'm really sad because I asked for a chrome gel manicure, and wasn't told chrome was $15.00 until after my appt. I definitely should have asked but just assumed it was like 5-8 dollars extra. I feel like if it's $15.00 on top of 35.00 they should have mentioned it. Also, my nail polish is completely peeling after less than two days. I paid a total of $55.00 plus tip so almost $60.00, which I was also shocked with after finishing my appointment. The gel manicure wasn't anything too in depth, my nails got soaked & filed, and then polish was put on. :( no hand massage or too much prep before polish and then the gel light. So sadly, I don't think I'd recommend this one.

There's nothing that gets me more jazzed than a UV lamp with no dirt (or skin) residue inside! My mom and I popped in for manicures (shellac for me and regular polish for her) and they were able to seat us right away at the nail bar. I like the bar stools better than a regular table because nobody has to hunch over during the manicure. Mom thought the bar stools were a bit uncomfortable, but if that worries you they also have regular height tables. My only criticism was that the manicures weren't the speediest. The ladies took their time and the quality was great, but if you're in a hurry be warned.
