It may sound like an exaggeration, but after suffering in the heat for two days, I felt they were absolute saviors for coming out immediately on a Friday afternoon. Just working in this town made it difficult to even get someone to listen. All the other companies were only able to work on house systems. I neeed help on the industrial side, which no one else wanted to even attempt. Les, from the start, showed professionalism. Their were no games, just straight up information. I explained where, when, and what I needed serviced. He answered every question over the phone, we went over schedules, and the best scenario for which we can be most effective. I needed 45 minutes advanced notice before arrival, which they did, as well as another courtesy call, once Jason the tech got closer. Long story short, Jason completed the work I needed done, he had went over every step, every cost, and was very efficient in the time to complete his task. When it came down to pay the invoice, I had no concern whatsoever what was on there. Definitely worth every star on this rating. I will definitely refer them to all my contacts needing hvac services. Thank you, Christal Air!

I could not have been more happy. They knocked it out quickly and got my new heater working better than it has in all the years I lived at my house. It was far less a cost than a previous bid and they did far more. Hutch did even more than they bid for. His goal was my happiness. His workers were very courteous to my wife and they left my home clean. I have already given out their phone number to friends and family. It is good to see that there are still businesses around like Hutch Heating & Air. I would definitely use them again. Kendall

By the time, Hutch called me back it was 5pm and I had already gotten a diagnosis and date for a fix. I needed a new unit. I will never call Hutch Heating and Air again. I wasn't expecting instant service but I was expecting a callback in a timely manner. Oh by the way, I now have a nice cool house and a brand new go to HVAC expert.

That resolved the issue and I am delighted he was able to fix it. Austin will be my first call whenever I have an HVAC issue in the future.

If you only read this opening sentence - Matt Tous did a phenomenal job replacing our AC system…read morewith one that is whisper quiet, energy efficient and optimized our comfort. This was 2 weeks ago and we are very pleased Our project started with an urgent repair call. It was a blazing hot mid-August Friday afternoon, around 4:00. The AC kick on followed by a sound of a costly repair. After I switched off the AC I went out to see if there was anything obvious. (Hoping a twig fell in.) However, the strong odor of overheated electrical parts told me it might be bad. It was late but I called MT Heating who came over immediately. He diagnosed the problem and got us up and running for much less then I expected. However, he advised our AC was nearing its end of life and replacement after January 1st would be much more expensive due to HVAC changes required by Federal law. (He was right - I checked) It's been a month since the repair and two weeks since the replacement. The unit is whisper quiet and much more energy efficient. It is actually quieter than the ambient noise (I checked with a dB meter) and our energy draw in about 20% lower (I checked at the PG&E meter). Finally, as a part of the work, Matt optimized the indoor fan speeds to match the new more efficient AC system improving our comfort as well. This was a good move for us. I am also very glad we needed a repair that introduced us to Matt and his excellent work. If you are thinking about replacement, call MT Heating & Cooling today before the Federal Standards change and the price is out of reach.
