I brought my car in here on April 23, 2025. I had heard about Turbo Tim's being good for Toyotas,…read moreso when I search them online, the one that was closest to me didn't have openings for several weeks and I saw that this one had an opening the next day so I grabbed it. I had a very loud sound in my car and I'd had it for about a month. It was getting worse, I thought it was maybe something wrong with the head gasket or exhaust or something. I brought it in and they diagnosed it as a problem with my heat, shield and corrected it for basically the cost of the $45 inspection fee. While I was there, I decided to get other things done. I got a full synthetic oil change. I got a coolant flush And fill, I got a replaced engine oil, pressure switch, and replaced headlight bulb. The way they do estimates and pricing is very transparent and there's not really any pressure at all to get unneeded services. The full synthetic oil changed for example, was actually cheaper than every other place. I've gotten that done by about $12. They were incredibly customer service oriented. They offered to send me home in a rideshare vehicle and pick me up later, but I decided to work in their lounge area and just use their Wi-Fi, which worked great. The repairs were done pretty quickly for all that they were doing, and I was surprised at the end that my car was washed because they hadn't even mentioned that shop manager guy Darius even offered to get me a Diet Coke when he was out and about and I just was very impressed with the vibe of the whole place there technical expertise and Customer service. I was very impressed with the place as a whole and will definitely be back. The cats are an awesome addition and are obviously well taken care of as well.

They kept it for about a month and recommended replacing the spark plugs, coils, and several other parts. After roughly $2,500 in charges, they told me there was nothing they could do to fix it and that I should take it to VW. I took it to the VW dealership. They replaced the spark plugs and the battery for about $1,500, and the vehicle has run fine since. I then went back to TurboTim's to give them a fair chance to make things right, since I had paid them a significant amount and none of my issues had been resolved. They gave me the cold shoulder. They told me that because I had taken the car to VW, any warranty on their work was void, said they wanted nothing to do with me, and asked me to leave the property. I understand that some problems are hard to diagnose, but charging a customer thousands of dollars, keeping the car for a month, not fixing the problem, and then refusing even to talk about it is not how a repair shop should treat people. I would not recommend TurboTim's to anyone, especially VW owners.

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!…read more They put a plastic tube into my oil dip stick line, and it melted into my oil pan...and they had to tow it to a Firestone down the street to fix it,and I was without a car for 24 hours and I didn't get so much as sorry. Called customer service and they couldn't care less about the situation. HOURS of my time and my husbands time wasted between him coming and getting me from valvoline, and taking time off work to come get me from home cuz they wouldn't give me a rental. Zero compensation, zero remorse. Even the Firestone they towed it to said they fix cars from that location all the time! Horrible employees and horrible service. Then when we went to Firestone to pick up my car...it wasn't paid for and I couldn't pick it up. So we had to FORCE them to pay for it on the spot so I could take my car home after 24 HOURS OF NOT HAVING IT AFTER THEY BROKE IT!!! I can't give negative starts but if I could I would. What a horrible company. We will never be going back.

I35W Auto Repair is exceptional because Jason does what he says he is going to do. Not only that,…read morehe provides the appropriate level of service given the life of your car. I have a very old car at the moment, which needed new rear struts. So instead of paying $1,700 which another shop quoted (when my car isn't even worth $1,700), Jason provided a much more economical solution and made the repair with a used strut. And in the process, he showed me the reason for the need for new struts as the car is about ready to rust out. I had no idea how close I am to needing a new car. Obviously, Jason's approach to this was very helpful, and beyond valuable. After this experience, I wouldn't trust anyone else!

Somethings to know: You are not making an appointment. You will more than likely sit and wait to get in. It says "15 minute oil change" but account for about 20-30 minutes per car. If you don't like waiting, go make an appointment somewhere. They will do an oil change, check your lights, fill your tires, top off your washer fluid and do a quick inspection of under the hood. They can change out batteries here. The employees I encountered were great! A stand out was Andrew (I believe that was his name) He was so great! Awesome costumer service skills! What I needed repaired was more that what this place can do, but it gave me peace of mind until I could get to the dealership! Go to the website! They normally have a $10 off coupon!
