I compare a few estimates from local businesses and was pleased with Dynico value, price and knowledge. They had a software service that let you play with the color and how it will show on the actual house. This was very helpful to me as I was going for a complete different look. The work is been done as I type and I'll say the crew it's very professional the work it's very coordinated and they are right on target.

We were recommended to Benjamin Brothers from a family friend. I made contact and Cody came out to…read moredo the estimate on a roof/gutters/siding damaged during a large hail storm. I had already made a claim with my insurance company (name intentionally withheld). With the estimate in hand, we hired Benjamin Brothers to complete the work and be our representative with our insurance company. I didn't want the headache and they knew what to do. As typical with insurance claims adjusters, they tried to nickel and dime the claim and Lee and Cody fought back to get the repair covered and each piece of damage compensated. Due to the back-and-forth, the job was delayed (weather/seasons) and the insurance tried to not pay the depreciation funds. We fought back again and the funds were finally released. The work was done professionally and when there was a slight issue with the repair, they corrected it immediately. They were responsive to our e-mails and phone calls and helped us through the dealing with our insurance company.

After working with this contractor multiple times and referring customers to them, I hired the…read morecompany for a bathroom remodel based on another contractor's quote, which they agreed to match. Due to a family emergency, the project needed to begin with urgency. Over the course of more than a month, there was constant back-and-forth communication, and the shower floor pitch was installed incorrectly twice. I also clearly communicated that my flooring contractor would address the trim. Despite this, I received a text message stating they intended to stop work mid-project, leaving me with a broken and unfinished shower floor. This situation has been extremely frustrating, as I am now forced to find and coordinate a new contractor to fix and complete the work. Please use caution when considering this company. In hindsight, I regret not going with my original contractor.

We are glad we selected Wilson Home Restorations to replace 19 windows in our house. From the…read moreinitial appointment, the experience was virtually flawless. Jim Senior and Junior arrived when they said they would, answered all our questions, and took measurements carefully. A few days later, we received an estimate, as promised. The windows were ordered two days after we signed the contract, and we received a text to let us know that was the case. When the windows arrived (a week before we expected them), we received a call to schedule installation, and a few days later, Peter and Chris arrived with the windows. They worked in tandem flawlessly, and despite the fact that this happened to take place on the coldest week in December, we did not freeze, because the work was done so efficiently, one window at a time, doors kept shut to limit drafts as much as possible. They also worked quietly (no music blaring, no loud conversations), were respectful of our property, and kept the environment very clean. They took a 30-minute break for lunch, and worked continuously the rest of the time. This took about 4 days. When they were finished, two painters came to patch holes in the woodwork and paint the filler strips. A few days after the job was completed, Jim Wilson Senior came to inspect it. We pointed out a few places where there had been minor damage on our walls during the window installation process. He took responsibility for it, and agreed to pay for those few areas to be repainted. He contacted the painters who then contacted us, and the job was done professionally in one afternoon. The entire process was seamless. We were fearing the idea of having 19 windows replaced. Wilson Home Restorations and their team made the experience painless. They are serious and organized. I would not hesitate to use these professionals again.

There was a small area that needed follow-up work, and he came back and addressed it promptly and free of charge. The whole time he was friendly, professional, and responsive. The scope of the project grew as we realized that we needed more things done in the house before we could move in, which included: installing several interior and exterior doors, removing and reinstalling a built-in set of drawers, installing and fixing flooring, removing a built-in wet bar in the basement, doing some work in a bathroom so we could put in a new vanity and bathtub, removing a wall between two rooms so one could be turned into a walk-in closet, making a small alcove into a closet, stripping down a door to be refinished, making shelf supports for our long pantry shelves so they don't bow from the weight, and helping fix a basement leak that was due to the prior owner not properly fastening his deck to the foundation. I am sure there some things I am forgetting, but the bottom line is that Patrick and Chris were always up to doing what we needed done. They were on time, professional, friendly and easy to work with. Patrick was great about providing quotes for all of the work, and had very reasonable prices. In addition, when I needed a contractor for something that he couldn't do, he knew someone in the area he could recommend, and those recommendations (of which there were several for: roofing, plumbing and tile work) worked out great. My wife and I appreciate the great work that Patrick and Chris did, and would highly recommend them for any type of construction project - whether it's big or small.
