Dr. Daros said let's start with your most urgent issues and we will work through them. This was before MDVIP After about a year I was feeling the best I had in over 20 years he did have a lot to fix lol. When he retired his son took over our care. He is also just as equal to the SR. And I have no complaints. I feel he listens, explains and is compassionate. I do not feel the staff is rude as stated in another review. I feel with so many sick callers sometimes they are very busy. They do take time when it is your turn to talk to them. We as patients need to have patients with them as well. I pay for the extra care because I feel I get extra care plan and simple. Health is everything. With MDVIP or without at this office it has always been above average care.

She listens well & answers every question with empathy. Recently my wife was diagnosed with a rare autoimmune disorder that affected her vision. DrK scheduled our appointment earlier than her office opened & coordinated appointments with 4 specialists that same day. Additionally, she ordered MRIs that same day to insure my wife?s symptoms weren?t caused by the AI disease. A cerebral aneurysm was discovered due to Dr. K?s diligence with the MRI. She directed us to a very skilled neurosurgeon who performed an angiogram & subsequent craniotomy to resolve the life threatening aneurysm. Her staff is very friendly and goes the extra mile booking specialist appts. quickly! We are thrilled with Dr. K & her staff !! Jim Carlisle - March 29, 2024

It seems relatively straight-forward to get an appointment. We typically arrive 5-30 minutes early. The patient is usually called back on time so the wait time is usually not longer than the amount of time we arrived prior to the appointment. Check-in is smooth and sometimes there is additional paperwork to complete. The mode of the care was patient and inquisitive, assessment is quick and any additional steps are provided. Maybe the whole visit lasts an hour. The local also conveniently has a Quest Diagnostic on site if blood work is required. The patient is informed as to whether or not to expect follow-up calls.
