I been trying to get a med I need for a week now and neither office can help cuz they are not open or the staff doesn't like to help. I asked for the after hrs number and they said there is no other number when there is it just wont give it to me till office closes. I said BS on phone and lady wa like omg im gonna tell dr u said that ummm OK. That u will let her know got it and saying BS isn't bad. I could have said more and did not. Im only giving 1 star cuz u have to in order to submit

This used to be a great office!! When DR. Stoker ran it and was there!! but since it has really…read moregone downhill and is all about money now!! Their practices are way off base now. I am now just going to see a different Dr. in a different place, because I can't deal with their strong-arm practices!! Like forcing you to have a procedure done even if you do not want it or require it, just so you can see your doctor about a medial concern you have!! Like strong-arming you into having a yearly physical and trying to tell you it is required by your insurance company when in fact it isn't!! Only to get more money out of them and you, when some have to pay in cash for these services, my insurance company has told me repeatedly that this is NOT required!! just to see your Doc for something simple like the flu!! even the Michigan Medical Board is upset about this type of mis-practice!! You should be able to see your doctor for what medial concerns you have without being forced to have something else done first that you don't need or want just to be seen for what you are worried or concerned about in the first place!! Very disappointed in where this office has gone!
