This was before MDVIP After about a year I was feeling the best I had in over 20 years he did have a lot to fix lol. When he retired his son took over our care. He is also just as equal to the SR. And I have no complaints. I feel he listens, explains and is compassionate. I do not feel the staff is rude as stated in another review. I feel with so many sick callers sometimes they are very busy. They do take time when it is your turn to talk to them. We as patients need to have patients with them as well. I pay for the extra care because I feel I get extra care plan and simple. Health is everything. With MDVIP or without at this office it has always been above average care.

The first visit after two attempts accessing my port despite detailed instructions they went and grabbed someone from the wound care. They did not use sterile procedure and literally did in front of two others with zero privacy. They then proceeded to infuse an antibiotic that was suppose to be infused over 30 minutes in 4 minutes on accident because they didn't alter the flow rate. The second visit entailed watching them connect my antibiotic without even wiping the tubing with an alcohol wipe. Third visit they again accidentally infused the antibiotic in 6 minutes instead of 30 minutes and their response when I brought it up to the front ladies, Well I don't have anything-to do with that, NOT, let me get someone you can talk to. Needless to say, I will not go back for Infusion there...

I had a lot of anxiety about getting an endoscopy here but the staff answered my questions so many times with care and concern. As soon as I arrived, I was greeted with a smile and compassion. The staff was a little behind on schedule and they continued to apologize but I didn't mind because it gave me time to make some prayers beforehand. The nurse with the pink lemonade nails was a total joy and made me feel at ease! The anesthesiologist was so warm and friendly. When I got into the room, Dr. Nathan Landesman actually took time to speak to me, asked me questions to understand my concerns and reason for visit. He continued to give me space to ask him anything I needed. All with a big smile! The anesthesiologist in the room, Dave or Dale, I forget, was so kind and made me feel so much at ease. Absolutely incredible recovery. I woke up having my mom by my side and another absolute sweetheart of a nurse who kept me comfortable, hydrated and got me snacks. She was an angel! Dr. Landesman came in afterwards and informed me all about the procedure and made sure I was feeling comfortable and doing good. He let me know everything he found and made me feel reassured and helped give advice on treatment and a plan to further investigate my pain. Anyone who has gone through this knows how physically demanding and exhausting a 24-hour liquid fast and prep are. When we arrived, he honestly mentioned he took a tiny sip of water an hour prior. The staff immediately treated him with hostility, acting as if he had committed a crime. While we understand there are medical guidelines for sedation, the paperwork they provided explicitly stated that a sip of water was allowed with medication. Because the instructions were ambiguous and poorly written, my husband made an honest mistake. Instead of explaining the medical risks calmly and professionally, the staff treated him like a nuisance and rushed to get rid of him. The worst part was the absolute lack of organization and accountability afterward. I called to see how we could resolve this since he was already completely prepped. First, they told us to come back at 4:15 PM. Then, they took it back, stating they close at 4:30 PM and "didn't want to stay late" if the procedure ran over. Then, they offered an appointment for the next day at 12:00 PM, only to call back again and cancel it, literally telling me that he "doesn't fit in the place." The clinic director was incredibly disrespectful and defensive. They refused to help, refused to accommodate him after making him go through a grueling physical prep, and refused to even refer him elsewhere. This level of laziness, poor communication, and complete disregard for patient dignity is unacceptable. Do not trust this place with your care. They care more about their clock-out time than human beings.
