It is now two years later and I still do not have the machine!! At first, it was taking so long "because of COVID". Then I was told that the original girl who worked at the front desk quit, and she must've "dropped the ball". Excuse after excuse after excuse. The new front desk person was very kind on the phone and said she would resubmit the order. Never got it! I called again - she said I now needed to repeat the sleep study because the prescription for the CPAP had expired. That was a couple of months ago and I still never heard back from Dr. Rode's office to reschedule my sleep study. I will never return. I found a new sleep doctor and I was assured it would not take over two years to get the medical device I need! Do NOT go to this doctor! She is highly unprofessional and clearly doesn't care about her patients.
