They open when they wanna open. Office staff that answer phones are rude a d ive made complaints and the dr i see wasnt happy that they failed to let her know what I asked them to. I been trying to get a med I need for a week now and neither office can help cuz they are not open or the staff doesn't like to help. I asked for the after hrs number and they said there is no other number when there is it just wont give it to me till office closes. This used to be a great office!! When DR. Stoker ran it and was there!! but since it has really gone downhill and is all about money now!! Their practices are way off base now. I am now just going to see a different Dr. in a different place, because I can't deal with their strong-arm practices!! Like forcing you to have a procedure done even if you do not want it or require it, just so you can see your doctor about a medial concern you have!! Like strong-arming you into having a yearly physical and trying to tell you it is required by your insurance company when in fact it isn't!! Only to get more money out of them and you, when some have to pay in cash for these services, my insurance company has told me repeatedly that this is NOT required!! just to see your Doc for something simple like the flu!! even the Michigan Medical Board is upset about this type of mis-practice!! You should be able to see your doctor for what medial concerns you have without being forced to have something else done first that you don't need or want just to be seen for what you are worried or concerned about in the first place!! I'm a new patient. Good medical experience thus far.... the doctors were willing to listen to my medical issues and, I believe, have provided the appropriate treatment. The inital consultation, comprehensive physical, eye exam, and other tests were of benefit. +5pts. ..with the exception of VERY LONG wait times! ( ...an hour+ past the scheduled appointment time.) (Time is money for patients as well.) -2pts. Nice friendly nursing and office staff. +1pts. Upholstered chairs and carpet in patient waiting room. Both cannot be adequately sanitized to prevent spread of germs and illness. -1pts. Recommend....if you have hours to wait. 1/16/13 Update. After I questioned why there was such a delay in appointment times, the receptionist said the doctor who owns the practice (Dr. Stoker) has them (the reception staff) book 4 patients per appointment slot. That certainly explains the excessively long wait times! -2pts. Some of it really depends on what doctor you get to see at the offices. Despite Dr Stoker being my assigned PCP I have never seen him once, only his associates. Dr Mike ... who's last name I can't even begin to pronounce let alone spell treated me like absolute crap the several times I've had to see him. He got verbally hostile when I questioned his diagnosis of hypertension ... something he felt he could diagnose me with first meeting with no prior history. Dr Johnson struck me as nice for the 5 minutes I saw her but I didn't really sense a whole lot of ... curiousity? Conviction? ... something anyways. And the wait time ... oh my God I have never waited so long for a doctors appointment in my life. It has always taken at least 2 hours past my appointment time before they even get me out of the waiting room; My last appointment was the worst at a staggering 4 HOURS before I was escorted back and another hour in the exam room. I was late to work thanks to this crap. I think they figure they can get away with this because they're one of the few places that will accept Medicaid. But it is just not worth it; I would not feel safe in their hands with a major disease let alone a cold. I will be looking for a new doctor asap, and praying I stay healthy in the mean time. read more

I had an appointment at this office January of 2019 for a yearly physical covered by my insurance and requested only testing that is covered under my insurance. 2 months later I am still battling bills for tests that were ordered without my consent or knowledge, they claim they didn't know but my insurance states other wise. If I had to do over again I would have never went, there was nothing medically necessary about testing ran, they just wanted more money to run tests that were not necessary. I read the other reviews here and just didn't have an experience like that here. Dr. Stoker and Dr. Owczarzak seem very competent and listened to my issues. Sometimes there is a wait, but it seemed that there was a lot of sick people on those days. read more

I've read reviews that were negative and my experience so far is good. They were calling me to a room before I was done with my new patient paperwork. Dr O found an abnormality in my arm which has caused pain for three months and other providers didn't see. As far as cleanliness, the building is older but I didn't see a problem. read more

Second time to see him. He is a nice guy but both visits took over 2 hours and the time I spent with him was only 10 min. The first visit I was in the waiting room for 45 min and In the exam room for 1 hr 15 min. The second visit I was in the waiting room for 1 hr 20 min and the exam room for 45 min.
