Instead of having to call a tow truck, the owner and a tech both came out to me and got me going good enough to drive to their shop. They then gave me a ride back and forth to my home, so I didn't have to wait there all day or call for an uber both ways since I lived close by. I did schedule that service out 2 weeks. Nonetheless insie was clean, spacious, there wasn't a list of "to do's" like the dealerships hound you for.
