First off I will say the service is simply not good. I sat at the bar so I expected phenomenal service since the cook is right there. They seem to just work on slow motion and go at their own pace which is fine, but not when you're waiting there for 25 minutes for service. The food was honestly very bland and had 0 seasoning. The sirloin was just a bit piece of meat with no flavor at all. The tater tots were pretty solid, but it's hard to mess that up. The garlic bread was also pretty good aside from being burnt on the bottom. The "Side Salad" was just a few pieces of lettuce on a paper plate with a packet of saltine crackers. The price of the food is where it really gets bad. $30 dollars for a bland pile of meat and some potatoes is insane. If in going to pay that much money, I could just go down the street and get a much better steak at multiple places. I thought it was just me, but the people I went with also agreed with my sentiment. I'd like to give it another chance, but I simply cannot spend that amount of money to try it out again.

Someone at our table ordered the double cheeseburger and wow... easily one of the biggest burgers I've ever seen. Absolute unit. Big, nicely charred on the outside, juicy and flavorful on the inside... legit one of my top five burgers I've ever had. Did I mention the free ice cream cone machine that's self serve? The building has a modern steel exterior and a modern hunting cabin like interior with a concrete floor (see pictures). Service was prompt and there was a reasonable selection on the buffet line (scrambled eggs, scrambled eggs with veggies and cheese, bacon, sausages, potatoes, biscuits & gravy, pancakes and french toast sticks). The scrambled eggs were very good and the potatoes were good, but they were out after we went through and were not replenished. The sausages were plentiful and the bacon was thick, hearty and smokey. Overall, this was a solid, above average buffet with good service at a good value ($12.99 + coffee / beverage). Other than a desire that they be a bit more attentive to the quantity of food in the pans and replenishing as required, my main disappointment was that black plastic forks were the only eating utensils available.
