THE WORST I set an appointment for a consultation. The lady…read moresaid they "could fit me in" at 9am a week and a half later. Then - after staying home from work to wait for the appt - SHE NEVER SHOWED UP. She was a no call/no show - I called at 9:10a asking where they were, left a message. Called back at 9:30 saying I was no longer waiting and going to work - lady answered (provided her "reason" for missing the appointment - even though she never even called to cancel or reschedule). Then she did an over-the-phone consultation. She said she would call me back w/in 20 min. with a quote price - nope - emailed me a scan of the quote 2 hours later. I have a small 3br house, small living, dining, kitchen, which I keep pretty clean - I just need bi-weekly help to maintain washed floors, dusting. Their quote WITHOUT EVEN SEEING MY HOUSE was $688.19 for the first cleaning (HA! - what are these people thinking), $198.82 for weekly cleaning (HAHA!), and $213.50 for bi-weekly cleaning (HAHAHAHA!). THIS IS RIDICULOUS!!!! Do not hire them.
