They make everything so easy for me -- they do both pick-up and drop-off (only $10 each way on weekdays and $30 on weekends!), which is huge when I'm working long or weird hours and can't get home in time. They also literally have everything I could ever need in one place: daycare, boarding, veterinary care, and grooming. Peach has boarded with them before and it went perfectly. And the grooming? They do it while she's already at daycare and then drop her off at home clean and fluffy, so I come home to a happy, tired, freshly groomed dog. It's the most convenient thing ever. The grooming prices are very reasonable and the quality of the grooming is the best she's had (and we've tried MANY groomers). They're incredibly responsive over text and email, which I appreciate when I'm at work and can't call. And one of my absolute favorite parts: the daily report card and photos of my dog every single day so I know exactly how she's doing. Plus they have a live webcam you can access from anywhere -- I check in on Peach from work all the time and it always makes my day. I truly can't recommend Strut Your Pup enough. They treat my dog like family and make my life as a busy dog mom so much easier.

It's been fantastic so far and I couldn't be more relieved that Bowser is in such great care. Andrea and John are quick with responding, are super accommodating with Bowser, and I love getting daily photos/updates with the GPS showing where they've walked. We currently do the VIP monthly package ($350) for 30 minutes a day, but their walks have been much longer, usually an hour or so! Bowser definitely seems to be loving the walks with his buddies.

I have two brothers (Asian shorthairs) who Michael and the lovely, gracious Marixa have taken care of for the last ten years. I cannot tell you the peace of mind and security they provide when they sit for my cats. With each visit, they clean the litterbox and feed the guys, play with them, and then provide a detailed email report of how the visit went. Addison is extremely reliable and communicative. He walks Molly in her group five days a week while I'm at work. I was hesitant about her walking in a group before, but he never walks too many dogs at once, and brings his helper if needed. He sends me plenty of photos, and it's clear that she's having a blast! He really learns their personalities and tells me how she's progressing on her walks and in the group. You can tell that he cares for each individual dog so much! What a relief when I'm away at work every day.

If they take care of your dog, you have nothing to worry about. The concept of a 30-minute relief walk is not exactly what they do. Whenever possible, they do a lot more than that. My girl is usually out with them for a lot longer, she gets a lot of energy out and plays with the other dogs. I get detailed updates every day. - they do what's right for your dog, not what's easy. My dog has severe anxiety (doesn't not like to go outside, used to do none of her business outside, would try and hide under cars, in other people's houses etc). They have almost fully transformed her since we met. That is huge both the dog and me. - they charge you a monthly rate, which at first might seem weird to you but it's so easy. I never worry about anything. It's taken care of. I don't count walks, scheduling etc. weekend and out of hours are extra of course. - they love the dogs. And vice versa. Immediately upon speaking with them on the phone I could tell they were very professional. They listened to our needs, and came to our home to meet our two dogs within just a few days. Both of my dogs are rescue dogs and one doesn't always do so well with new people, but that wasn't the case this time. Both dogs fell in love with them immediately! They are natural "dog people" and our dogs immediately grabbed their toys and dragged them over to them to play. We have now been using Steven and Wendy for a few months, and they are always punctual, kind, and informative. They even send daily updates with pictures of our pooches enjoying their walks. Although they were, at the time reserved and very busy, they took the time to speak with me on the phone and go over everything with what they did with the pups and how they took care of them each individually and very conscientiously and with great care and I was very impressed with their service and the level of care they provided for the pet parents' fur babies. They reassured me that they would do everything possible to make sure he was extremely well taken care of and that his separation anxiety was also addressed while his mom was away on business so that way when she came home he would be a better puppy and most likely to react as strongly when she went away the next time. I like that they have specific program just for separation anxiety to calm the pets as well, you can tell they take a lot of pride in their work and really care about the animals and that the customers are happy with the great level of care they provide for their babies. I would recommend this place because I would even choose this place myself for my pets, if I were ever visiting there in Jersey City that is, and that really says a lot.

Also 4 out of the 6 schedule visits the sitters showed up more than two hours late. On top of that the tracking app and check-in and check-out scans were very conveniently "not working " luckily we have a home security system that records the times they were there. In one occasion we also noticed they didn't bother to clean the litter box so we had to contact their boss and make them go back to clean it. How ridiculous I am doing that so called bosses job. Not to mention the sitter looked in boxes that looked like jewelry boxes luckily we had hid those away beforehand. So if you are ok with all this go for it. Otherwise you are better off getting someone off the street to pet sit for you. No it is not a mistake. I literately spoke to Pedro over the phone and he made up excuses and he still charged me. I'm adding the payment I made. I can't believe they have no shame. Specially after being so negligent, wow, everyone stay away this is the type of people you let in your home.
