The pizza was great! Javier took our order over the phone and delivered the pizza's himself. He paid attention to us and give us great service. Also I appreciate that with the XL pizzas, they do smaller than average size slices. I didn't count but I think there were about 16 slices per pizza. Worst customer service EVER. I walked in was greeted by the delivery driver yelling at me saying "I can't hear you have to talk to someone else I can't hear you!" I hadn't said anything. Another worker asks me what my order name is I tell her, they haven't made my order yet. it is 15 mins past my pickup time. Then they start criticizing my order out loud. They then start talking about how I am a cheap a55 b! (In those exact words) For putting 15% tip when I'm coming to pick up my own order. I walked out. I somehow missed this Pepperoni's opening up in my neighborhood. The pizza is still tasty, fresh, and a great value. This location is the cleanest one I have ever been in, the staff were super friendly and even brought my pizza to me at the bar where I was waiting. Came here for a late night dinner. When we pulled up to the parking lot, it was pretty empty and from the outside it was hard to tell if they were open. Walking into the store itself, it's very well lit and clean. We ordered 4 slices of pizza (3 pepperoni and 1 specialty slice - supreme) and a 10 piece order of original hot wings. So the pepperoni pizza was delicious. Made fresh, hot, and cheesy! I didn't really enjoy the supreme slice, but that's my own problem because I didn't know what to expect on it and there was just a lot of toppings I didn't like on it. The wings were flavored well, but I didn't like the sizing... some were really small and well tbh, kinda off shaped. I've never been to a Pepperoni's before but I would definitely visit them again. Ordering thru the Pepperoni app is always difficult. Tonight I had the same trouble as usual. Tried to use the website instead of the app but still had issues. It kept adding a cheese pizza that did not want but I could not remove it from my cart. I finally called the store to order. The first person who answered could not take my order. The next person was totally uninterested in any online preserving issues that I had. I finally said I like your pizza but it is not worth the hassle of ordering online or over the phone. After being disappointed when another pizza place that said on line that they opened at 11:00 but had on the door they didn't open till 4:00 and we drove in from Manvel while our associate came in from Conroe... he suggested Pepperoni's so we went there. I loved that I could trade out ground beef for Italian sausage and black olives for green. Not many places have green olives. I call into this location a lot, at least once a month. Tonight was a horrible experience. I called to make a delivery order and all went well. When asked if I would like to tip the driver I said absolutely BUT when I said how much the person on the phone scoffed, had the audacity to tell me it was too low and went as far as to say that if I want to be frugal I shouldn't be ordering food. I informed him I order from this location all the time and always tip that amount and he claims he's taken my order before. He then proceeded to tell me the order cannot be delivered, as in he would not allow any of the drivers to deliver the food. I asked to speak to a manager and he claimed to be one. Said his name is Omid. I use to manage a pepperonis and was never allowed to speak to anyone that way. Also tipping is optional, meaning I have the right to tip as much as I want or nothing at all. I have contacted corporate and I am very good friends with the CEO and general manager of the main franchises who I have already contacted. I'm not looking for a handout and I will never order from this location again. The gentleman is clearly abusing his power and could've handled the situation very differently. It was unacceptable. As a prior pepperonis employee I suggest he be demoted or your establishment will not last a long time. read more

Love this place! It's within walking distance from my house, so I go often for a quick meal. I like the fact that they have options for single slices, but you can also get personal size pizzas. They have quite a few signature pizzas to choose from, along with the type of crust you want. They offer a few appetizers, salads, and wings to choose from. We absolutely love pepperonis pizza it's as close to a New York style pizza you can find here in Houston. Been here about 5 or more times since they have opened.
