The green sauce is everything you need and the Reina pepiada makes the usual dry arepa so flavorful. It's a no-frills restaurant that makes some of the best latino food in detroit, and it is so worth the visit.

My husband got the chicken bowl, and he had no complaints. I tried the Reina pepiada arepa with cheese. I'm so glad I got the cheese because it was salty and gory. The arepa was crispy and delicious. We also got the vegetarian cachapas that I sampled and then saved for lunch the next day. Wow it was spectacular. The plains were my favorite part. The corn pancake was somehow creamy like a polenta cake. I loved everything about it and can't wait to go back! The cost was very reasonable for the amount of food they give you and the quality.
