They've handled the situation terribly , no email, no warning about additional incoming charges, just a sneaky addon that we had to find out through the community about. When trying to deal with them by phone about this issue, it took ALOT of community members calling and asking for answers to get any sort of response from them. As of yet, this issue has not been resolved, they are reviewing our accounts per their email, but I have access to the ledger as its my right and I can see there is no 175$ outstanding balance. I am demanding a full refund since they took the money out with the monthly HOA cost and I had set up automatic payment. P.S.
