However, a few weeks ago I decided to purchase tires from them, in addition to a normal oil change, as well as an alignment; and I'm extremely disappointed with how everything was handled. After getting my vehicle back, my husband noticed that all four of my wheels had been scratched up. I didn't catch it immediately because it had been raining like crazy, but once we noticed it, the damage was obvious. On top of that, there was a rattling noise coming from the front passenger side whenever I drove over bumps--something that was not happening before the tire installation. We reached out to have these issues addressed, and after a couple of days, I was told to bring the vehicle back so they could see if the scratches could be buffed out and investigate the rattling noise. During that time, I was put in a courtesy vehicle that was essentially a driving billboard for their business. Normally I wouldn't care, but when you're already frustrated because your vehicle was damaged, it's a little irritating to spend days driving around advertising for the company responsible for the problem. A few days later, I returned to pick up my vehicle. To their credit, the rattling issue was fixed. The wheels, however, were not. I was basically told there wasn't anything more they could do and was offered a $150 store credit. Frankly, that's ridiculous. I have four damaged wheels, and $150 wouldn't even cover repairing one of them--let alone all four. And why would I want store credit for a business I no longer trust to work on my vehicle? The most frustrating part isn't even the damage itself. Mistakes happen. It's the fact that the responsibility for making it right seemed to stop at "Here's some store credit." That's not a solution. Overall, I'm highly displeased with how this was handled and would not recommend this location based on my experience.

So I called first thing in the morning (0800 am) to see if I needed an appointment,  and Seth (store manager) said that they do a free brake inspection. He encouraged me to bring my vehicle into their shop within a hour, he felt very confident that they would be able to get too it quickly.  Upon entering the shop I couldn't help but to notice that the facility was very clean and well maintained.  Seth was the first employee that greeted me, and he was very professional. He quickly got my vehicle into a bay, and within 15 minutes one of his employees was conducting an inspection. Once they determined that I needed new front rotors, front disc brakes, and new rear shocks. Seth provided me with a price quote. I felt like their price rates were affordable and comparable to similar repair shops. I was very impressed with the customer service that I received, hopefully I wont need to return because of the repairs. Seth pointed out that they warranty their work, which is 12,000 miles or one year from the date of repair. I sure we will back in near future for repairs

My daughter made an appointment for 4 tires to…read morebe fitted to her explorer and after some confusion on product choice (I had called and confirmed tire choice) we dropped the vehicle off. after 2 hours we get a call saying having problems locating correct tires (tires arrived on Friday, it's now Monday and they were looking for the wrong tread) and then it gets worse. in addition to this they inform me that she needs struts and shocks...car is a 2023 with 40k, serviced by ford so no it did not need this obvious attempt of upselling. but wait it then gets worse. When I go to collect the car I notice that we have 3 Michelin and 1 Goodyear tire fitted, order was 4 Michelin, also no valve caps fitted (fitter in office said that "he didn't do valve caps") As I was going somewhere I asked them to resolve the issue and I would collect next am... pick up day was not much better. They were very apologetic but we now only have 2 tires caps and I insisted they check all 4 tire pressures. 2 were correct at 33Psi but two were incorrect so I insisted they reset them. How can you fit the wrong brand of tire and then have such lapse customer service that you don't even try and make things right?.... lesson learned to consider other suppliers as Mavis seem very poor on their service practices.

Upon arrival I was greeted by the staff, and within minutes my truck was over a bay getting an oil change. The staff explained to me that the Groupon was for an oil filter and up to 5 quarts of oil. So I had to pay any additional expenses (approximately $12) which consisted of 1 quart of oil, oil disposal, and taxes. Altogether I felt really good about this experience and their staff. Overall I felt like their costumer service was excellent, and I'd highly recommend this shop.

Literally entered and got my oil change immediately. I didn't even have to leave my car! Just drove over the bay and they went right to work. One of the techs, Patrick asked if it was my first time here and had me fill out an info card. While they worked, Patrick wiped my windshield down and came back over with a jar of candy for the kids. He also did a safety check and asked me to run my lights, brakes, horn, etc. Manager Gary and Assistant Manager Chris introduced themselves and handed me more goodies---koozies and these adorable hand wipe containers. Patrick then came back with bottled water for us. This is insane! In and out at about 10 minutes and it's not even my birthday! Tuesday is Ladies Day with $5 off. I usually wait longer, didn't mind so I thought that was quick. When I went to pay I was told my total was $101 & change. I had gotten a mailer, NOT a coupon from Abbotts days before & brought it with me. it said among other discounts, oil change for synthetic oil was $54.95. it also noted that oil change included tire rotation & multi point vehicle inspection. I showed them the mailer & she said she would adjust the price. she then told me that they didn't do the tire rotation. I looked surprised since I always had it done before with oil changes. The young man behind the counter said "there's no charge for tire rotation so you weren't charged for it, it's included". I replied "but you didn't do it". The woman behind the counter said that she could have someone bring my car back to do the tire rotation. I told her no, that's ok. I was annoyed at this point. I was going to initially be charged $101 & change for oil change but no tire rotation. When I got in my car to leave I noticed my "info screen " that usually showed the speedometer, was left on screen where it showed input for next service. I started changing the screen back to where it should have been & noticed on the tire screen, 3 tires were at 32 & 1 was at 38. So they didn't even check that. Something's changed there. it seems like they just want to get cars in & out quickly to bring more business in. I'm definitely not happy.
