Several years ago, I had a telephone conversation with an employee (perhaps even "Mike" himself) in which I was calling to make the business aware of reckless driving by a vehicle bearing the company's logo, only to be yelled at, belittled, and insulted by homophobic slurs like, "Did your faggot boyfriend buy you a new phone for Valentine's Day and you're dying to use it?!?" Such a poor example of customer service when all that was intended was to make the business aware of how carelessly their brand was being represented in public.
