bought a house and needed to change the locks. I called another local company and the timing didn't work for me, so I kept seaching and found Mike. Mike was able to come out the next day which was perfect for me. His service was everything you'd want in a seasoned professional-fast, courteous, and clean. He called 20 minuted before he arrived, a much appreciated courtesy as it allowed me to get a few errands run before I needed to be at the house. I requested locks changed and the addition of a deadbolt on the garage access door. Mike recommended a double key deadbolt for that door, which was something I had wanted and had forgotten to request. He had all the hardware onhand to be able to swap out the knob on this door so it would match the rest of my house. He is also set-up to take credit cards on site. (that's becoming more and more common with small business owners but isn't universal, so it was just another plus for me. Got to get my points!)
