Very good employment agency. I have to say that finding a stable job in Lexington is pretty tough…read more It's not enough to just apply on your own and get a job. I have had success, but usually it is very unpredictable. But if there is a well defined skill set you have and you put out a good resume, this agency will definitely get back to you. I know when I submitted an application to this agency, an agent had put me in for a company, not even a week later. Actually, it was this last week. This afternoon, she reached out again to apologize for the wait and that she did not want me to think that she forgot about me! WOW! How had I not considered this agency within the last four years? Most other employment agencies seem to just stick you in a database, after you apply with them, but this agency is on a whole another level. I am privileged to be their client and see what is to come.

I was never left in the dark about what I was doing with who or where etc. My current recruiter Nathan is awesome, sometimes he gets back to me a tiny bit late but he always points me in the right direction, always answers my questions and gives me more information I didn't know I needed. She had to reach out to him to find out she wasn't eligible for rehire and he unprofessionally sent a text instead of calling her, after telling her she was fine and she had put her two weeks in at her current job. A mom of 4 lost her job for this place and they sent a text and you'll see never responded to her last message. She called asking for a manager and the front desk girl said they had no managers. In this economy to be put out of a job because of someone's lack of responsibility and professionalism is sickening. You can see in the pictures where they said she would be fine.

I was called right away, had an interview with them the next day, an interview with their client the same week, and a job offer a few days after their client interviewed me. The process was fast and easy although I wish they used a more modern payroll and payment options but we made it work. They really encouraged me to take this job as they knew about my background and the client, and I am forever grateful they did because it turned out to be an amazing match! Kurt was so helpful and available. He is super nice too! The client made an offer pretty fast to transfer me to their payroll and BJM&A really advocated for me and my pay. I highly suggest BJM to anyone looking for an office job and will continue to recommend them.
