However, their Account Manager circled back with me eventually - which was encouraging. She asked me to come to the offices to meet in-person. We had great dialogue and she committed to doing what she could to assist my job search. She also gave me really good advice that works here in Lexington: go to places of interest, with resume in hand and inquire about the job in-person. I followed her advice. I have had success, but usually it is very unpredictable. But if there is a well defined skill set you have and you put out a good resume, this agency will definitely get back to you. I know when I submitted an application to this agency, an agent had put me in for a company, not even a week later. Actually, it was this last week. This afternoon, she reached out again to apologize for the wait and that she did not want me to think that she forgot about me! WOW! How had I not considered this agency within the last four years? Most other employment agencies seem to just stick you in a database, after you apply with them, but this agency is on a whole another level. I am privileged to be their client and see what is to come.

I replied to the email the same day it was received. After one week of not receiving a reply to the previous email, I sent a message asking about the next steps. Another 10 days passed with no reply. A final email was sent on a few days later, again asking for an update on my application but still no response. Today is 9 December and I've been sending emails since 15 November, and no one has responded.

I KNEW Tom Braker would do nothing to support me so I contacted the owner of the company myself and let him know there was illegal treatment toward employees going on. The next Monday, I got a call from Tom Brakers wife, Lynn Braker, the owner of this franchise of Remedy. She basically assumed that I had NOT Tom about being harassed. When I corrected her on that, she told me if I posted anything on Facebook, I would not be working anywhere, ever. Lynn Braker is a greedy bully. And incompetent. Just like her husband Tom, who never apologized for not paying me, more than once. This place is absolutely horrendous. And the conditions are sweat shop conditions. This week I got a request from Tom Braker (the Same Tom Braker) to rent an 11 bedroom home in Florida for a vacation. What kind of employee recruiter tries to make money off an employee he underpaid, didn't pay AT ALL, and allowed to be threatened, harassed, and abused??? STAY AWAY!!!!
