I said no to his numerous offers, because he seemed fishy. Nonetheless, he was relentless, he sent me a contract, which I did not sign, and I asked him to stop communicating with me quite firmly. Turns out he sent this contract, with my signature FORGED on it, to prove to other people (one person in New York City, for example, contacted me on Facebook about it) that I was working for him and would do their payroll. Please keep your eyes peeled for any recruiters from Payroll Solutions, Inc. in Kentucky. It's a scam. I called them and they couldn't be less concerned about this fraud, so I'm pretty sure the entire company is a sham. I can show anyone who wants to see it the unsigned contract--however Mr. WIllis forged my signature and sent the contract to a Mr. Hendrix Durandisse in New York, who then contacted me regarding the forged contract and he sent me a copy. I have asked LinkedIn to ban this company. Payroll Solutions didn't listen to me when I called to complain, they didn't take my information or phone number to follow up, they're a a total sham and need to be shut down. This is inexcusable. I went to a couple…read morelenders and went with ECP because they advertised a low interest SBA loan that others could not offer. They gave me the pitch of getting a short term loan with minimal fees to establish payment history. Once established you get the low interest SBA loan that pays off the short term loan. I have excellent credit, had several different types of SBA loans and I have never been denied a loan until now. Ed and Grant have a great sales pitch and claim to have relationships with other lenders yet nothing happens. I have not had a phone call or email responded to in over a week from ECP. ECP got their commission on the bridge loan and I am out $20k on the short term loan with nothing to show for it. Stay far away.
