I have had success, but usually it is very unpredictable. But if there is a well defined skill set you have and you put out a good resume, this agency will definitely get back to you. I know when I submitted an application to this agency, an agent had put me in for a company, not even a week later. Actually, it was this last week. This afternoon, she reached out again to apologize for the wait and that she did not want me to think that she forgot about me! WOW! How had I not considered this agency within the last four years? Most other employment agencies seem to just stick you in a database, after you apply with them, but this agency is on a whole another level. A final email was sent on a few days later, again asking for an update on my application but still no response. Just like her husband Tom, who never apologized for not paying me, more than once. This place is absolutely horrendous. And the conditions are sweat shop conditions.
