Stayed 4 nights and would recommend! Smart looking and clean rooms. Friendly staff. Fun ground level lobby - full service bar, pool table, fireplace, PS4, and tons of lounge chairs to just hang out and meet people. Breakfast was FANTASTIC. Huge spread with delicious foods! Very impressive. Kept us full until dinner. Great price for what you're getting. Great location - away from the Uber-touristy areas but steps away from the metro station, so all of Prague is easily accessible.

Stayed here for 3 nights. Upon arrival, I thought the bus driver accidentally dropped us off at a dance club, not our hotel. Super modern and super swanky. Strobe lights, disco balls, a pool table, a fake fireplace and even a PS4 station in the lobby. The "reception" is the bar. That's right: the bartenders will check you in, serve you up some local Czech drafts, and act as your concierge. They were all friendly and all spoke English. The breakfast staff, on the other hand, was not so friendly. When breakfast is over, they mean it. We saw some people try to sneak in to grab some food toward the end of the service and they got scolded. In any event, the spread is really good. The pain au chocolat stands out the most as far as the pastries, but I was also impressed with the cheese selection and quality of the coffee and tea as well. If you stay here, request a room on the opposite side of the main entrance. The tram runs all day and night in front of the hotel so if you're not a heavy sleeper, you may not get much rest. Then again, I can't guarantee you won't hear the tram if you stay across the hall either. It might just not be as loud. The only other minor downfall to this hotel is that it's not really within walking distance of all the tourist attractions. That said, the hotel is located just a short walk away to the Krizikova metro station. Take a left outside the main entrance and it's about 3 blocks down on the left. From here, you're just two stops away to Namesti Republiky where Old Town Prague is within very short walking distance. From Krizikova, you're also only 5 stops away (transfer at Mustek) from Malostranska if you want to walk up to Prague Castle, St. Vitus Cathedral, Golden Lane, etc.

Excellent stay. There's a 24/7 full bar & food in the lobby (um YES please!), the breakfast buffet is also in the lobby daily from 6:30 AM to 10 AM, and the rooms are a decent size. The rooms are decorated with a metro IKEA vibe and the beds are large. We upgrade to the larger room and it was well worth it. My only tiff..... the hairdryer. It's one of those dryers that come fixed to the wall and only work if you keep pressing the "on" button. They're also very heavy to be a blow dryer. Half was through my getting ready process I had to take a break from trying to hold this heavy dryer while pushing the on button. I could have brought my own so that really isn't on the hotel just something to keep in mind!

Loved this hotel as it seems very new and modern yet the main lobby has a great atmosphere. You could play a game of pool, use the playstation and watch sports in these great leather sofa's. At the bar they serve a great deal of different cocktails, beers and wines and for a late night snack they got pizza's! The room was clean, spacious and had a huge comfy bed so I would absolutely recommend this hotel. If you want to go to the city you have several options like the metro and bus that stop within 5 minutes walking distance or you can go by taxi, this will cost you approximatly eight euros and is so worth it.

Super friendly staff. Rooms are nice and clean but you could hear through the door because walls and door is not sound free. Restaurant food is great. Drinks are nice and breakfast is good too.

The hotel is conveniently located near Prague's city center, making it easy to walk to many of the city's major attractions, including the Jewish Quarter, Old Town Square, the Astronomical Clock, and numerous shops and restaurants. One of the highlights of the hotel is the Executive Lounge, which is open daily from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Throughout the day, guests have access to water, soft drinks, coffee, and snacks, with additional food offerings during designated hours. The evening happy hour was excellent, featuring beer, wine, and other alcoholic beverages in a comfortable and relaxing setting. The fitness facilities were more than adequate for vacation needs. The gym includes cardio equipment, rowing machines, treadmills, a Pilates area, and free weights. The heated indoor pool and sauna were fantastic and provided a perfect way to unwind after a day of sightseeing. Breakfast was truly exceptional and one of the best Hilton breakfast experiences I have had. The buffet included approximately five different stations, including a made-to-order omelet station, hot breakfast selections, cold cuts and cheeses, fresh breads and pastries, fruits, and a pancake station. My son and I looked forward to breakfast every morning and thoroughly enjoyed it. Most importantly, the staff were consistently friendly, professional, and eager to help. I have absolutely no complaints about the service we received. I would especially like to recognize Hannah at the front desk. She went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Hannah helped coordinate a birthday cake for my son's birthday during our stay. Even more impressively, although we were departing Prague before my wife's birthday celebration could take place, Hannah somehow coordinated with the Hilton in Vienna so that when we arrived there, a surprise birthday cake was waiting for my wife. She absolutely loved the gesture, and it made our trip even more special. Thank you, Hannah, for your kindness, attention to detail, and exceptional service. You truly made our stay memorable and gave us every reason to return. I highly recommend the Hilton Prague and look forward to staying there again in the future.

Location is perfect - it is walking distance to the Astronomical Clock, restaurants, the mall, and the bus station. My SO booked through Amex, so we received a $100 voucher that we spend at the hotel restaurant. Check - in was easy, and the staff were friendly and spoke good English. Our room was spacious; the beds and pillows very comfortable, and the bathroom was well stocked. Charging our devices was no problem but we were ready though we brought an adapter. Free breakfast had plenty of options and everything tasted fresh. We enjoyed it for sure. It is a good place to stay. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Prague.

The champagne upon check-in in the lobby beautifully decorated for Christmas was such a perfect welcome. Being so close to Charles Bridge and the Malostranska subway stop made getting around very easy. And yet the hotel was quiet. Caution exiting the hotel driveway through! Look both ways. The staff at breakfast were fantastic and took great care of us. We enjoyed the buffet most days but the menu items looked delicious. We enjoyed our free beer sample and a cocktail at the bar in the Refectory. Our only complaint would be that the room was warm for our taste and we couldn't quite figure out how to get the A/C on (or if it was an option). The bathroom was especially warm, we called it "the spa" We slept with the windows open and all was well. If you're looking for a luxury stay, you can't do much better.

Check-in was smooth, and I was assigned to Room 308. The 7am breakfast buffet here is complimentary, Pros: 1. Felt immersed in its beauty and luxury the moment I stepped in. 2. Complimentary 7am breakfast buffet. My favorites among the breakfast selections were perfectly jammy fried eggs, beef broth, smoked herring fillets, chia seed pudding, soft pretzel, blueberry yogurt, and this tiny cake with ridged edges that I forget the name of but I liked it. 3. Walking distance to pretty much just about everything I wanted to do in Prague, right in front of the Powder Tower, and just a few minutes away from the Astrological Clock Tower! 4. Walking distance from the Prague train station. 5. Even though the bathroom was kind of cramped, it was pristine and the shower was very nice and had a tub. 5. Had drinking water dispenser in the lobby 6. Great staff 7. Complimentary tea 8. Robes and slippers 9. Comfy bed 10. Clean and comfortable 11. Smooth check-in and check-out 12. They held my backpack after I checked out so that I could explore Prague some more until it was time for me to head to the airport. Cons: 1. Room was cramped and small 2. The mirror light in the bathroom could have been brighter 3. Could have had proper space to brew tea 4. The lockbox could have been on a lower shelf so that I (a petite woman) didn't have to jump up and see what I put in it.

We enjoyed watching people stroll on the streets while we ate our breakfast. I loved all the little subtle touches the staff provided. One morning a got a cute "Good morning" with my name written on the porcelain saucer. Literally made me day. The front desk was really good with recommendations for a lot of our needs. The hotel was also in a very convenient location. I would definitely recommend it and hope to stay here again.

It was well broken up with various stops so it went very well. This lovely hotel was central to everything... Transportation, restaurants, stores (and a mall). There is a nice size T.V. but I found watching TV in Europe was very challenging. The only English speaking stations were news. The stay came with a wonderful [very] complete breakfast and the restaurant was operated by a very well known chef. Busy every evening and there was a sister restaurant across the street, No problem, we love Italian food and the restaurant around the corner was visited twice while we walked down the block to yet another Italian restaurant the last evening. We did a fair amount of sightseeing in Prague and the hotel was very centrally located as to make them all walkable. We had two rooms and thankfully they were right next to each other. The rooms were cute and quaint, though a bit small. The design and decor were simple, but it works. Although, the bathroom/shower were all tinted glass and felt a bit weird using the toilet while my partner is showering. I'd wish they had a few more hooks for towels and robes. I do have to say, their toiletries are top notch! I loved the scent of the wash and the lotion. They even offered a lavender spray mist for bed time. Complimentary breakfast for us and it was in this cute indoor/outdoor courtyard. They had a made-to-order menu and then there is a buffet of pastries, fruits, and lighter breakfast items. The service was impeccable and always at your service, very attentive. I used the wellness area a few times for the sauna and steam room. The gym is quite small with a bike, some weights, and perhaps a treadmill? I didn't use it, so I don't remember. The spa room turns on in the evening at 1600hours, unless you ask them to turn it on at a specific time. Their sauna and steam room works extremely well, it's super hot! I had to cool off in the jacuzzi! **Note: EU jacuzzi are cooler, more like warm, than US versions. Overall, loved that we stayed here and had a great time.
