If you want the truck you reserved at the location you reserved on the date and time you reserved it, go to U-Haul. I reserved a 9' van a week before my move date. When I went to pick up the 9' van, I was offered a 16' truck, or the option to drive 40 miles to get the van I had reserved a week in advance. Not sure why they take reservations or confirm them in their app when they don't really mean anything. read more

I was really happy with my truck rental here. The Penske rentals at this location are operated by Home Depot. The service was great and Penske was willing to price match the amount Budget was offering me with a coupon. The whole process was smooth and stress free, which is usually the opposite while moving. read more

I explained my situation and although this location did not have a truck to give me, they worked really hard to find one for me. Emma and Nick went above and beyond to find a truck when they could have just said there was nothing available. They called other stores, some out of their jurisdiction and were able to find one! Emma and Nick were incredibly helpful and professional, representing their brand exceptionally. If I have a need for a moving truck again, I will certainly go to Penske again!

Terrible customer service. Perhaps had he not smelled of weed the day of the install and been so preoccupied with telling me how much he loves to smoke (information I never asked for) he would have gotten my install right the first try. I would not recommend ANYONE go here. Now that I'm reading all the other negative reviews, I see I would have been better off just going somewhere else. This place should just be closed down.

Booked reservation online for an 11 am pickup for 10' truck. Got there at 11:15, younger gentleman…read morewas understanding and I explained that I would need it for about 6 hours. He was very courteous and helpful. I returned the truck at 6:00 and was greeted by another older guy who approached me as I was parking the truck and demanded that I give him my debit card to "top off" the tank. I explained that I'd just filled the tank five minutes prior and of course he wasn't accepting this. I used my card and he squeezed another gallon and half ( almost $6 ) and rudely started swearing and berating the younger gentleman for not explaining the "top off" on return vehicles. The older guy continued to use foul language in explaining to me that because I returned the truck after 4 pm he could charge me for another day but that he would "give me a break" being that I was not answering his rudeness and disrespect likewise. His overall disposition and behavior toward customers and as a representative for U-haul is reprehensible, his disdain for his younger coworker was a put off as well. Obviously I will never return there again and anyone who does rent from this place hopefully you will not encounter the "older guy" who demands your debit/credit card as a return greeting.

When the trailer was hitched with my car on it, I noticed the tire was flat. They checked it and found it has 10 PSI. I was told to "call roadside assistance". When I asked Jennifer Holman, "about how long will this be?' Her answer was, " Its a Friday before a long weekend, good luck with that," I was held up 6 hours waiting. She would not call me back. She was not open to giving me another truck because "it was packed already". On the way to Maine, I got another flat tire. Jennifer Holman did not respond to my written complaint. When I kicked it to a higher manager, she sent me $400 for my trouble. She is sarcastic, uncaring for the person or their things/ DO NOT GO HERE, IT IS DANGEROUS. ABINGTON UHAUL
