We arrived and was immediately greeted by a suit of armor when you entered the building. It's rather unexpected to see a pirate among lots of other items for sale- T-shirts, watches, magnets, etc. We bought the XL TV box and 3 of the divided packing boxes for glassware. It's a bit of an eclectic shop but we got what we needed!

It took I'm not kidding five hours for U-Haul to do something about it. when you rent from any U-Haul vendor and they hand you the contract that says if you have any trouble call this number don't call that number. No one is coming to help. Call a tow truck. abandon the equipment. Better yet don't rent from U-Haul to begin with. it's dangerous. The occasional liability claim is cheaper than actually providing service. The tow truck driver told me nobody around here deals with U-Haul. they don't pay. Live and learn. I would have left this review for U-Haul service except guess what there's no place to leave a review for the corporation.

I called and spoke with, I think, Callie(?). Explained my needs, and I asked if a screen shot of my insurance card was ok or if she needed a hard copy. She said she has to have verbal confirmation from the company. Well I can RARELY ever get ahold of my agent, but had actually just spoken to her, so I said she could reach him now, or would have to call the 800 number. After 45 minutes I had not heard back, so I called again and was told her had JUST called him and got no answer. Thanks for waiting. To add insult to injury, she was told the 800 number could only send by email and could take 10 days! WHAT??!? But I said no problem. I just looked it up on their app and it has my full policy details right there. She said "Yeah, but anybody can take a screenprint!" I said It's NOT a screenprint!! It's an APP! An interactive app! I can't fake that! She was sorry, (yep) but had to speak to someone to confirm. Unbelievable. LUCKILY, I was able to reach my agent by text and he spoke with her and got what she needed. All absolutely unnecessary though, had somebody been able to engage her thinking capabilit​​​y. This company needs that as a policy. Oh, and I didn't even get a receipt!!

We were having issues with our 8 passenger car and were sent here by…read moreroadside assistance (they do not carry 8 passenger cars lol and we knew) and every single worker there was so understanding and helpful with our situation. While they couldn't replace the car for us since they don't carry them, they all went above and beyond to look into possible locations that would and provided us with all the information we needed to contact them and hopefully get this situation fixed. While enterprise roadside assistance was less than helpful, these workers at the enterprise truck rental were out of this world with their empathy and resourcefulness.
