So when we headed this morning, we were ecstatic to get there. To our misfortune, the lady at the front was a a total disappointment. We come in with samples to show her and she indicates that she only has one size that we were looking for. My significant other starts to ask more questions and she just seems very uninterested, annoyed, and was even texting, and looking down the entire time. They were able to provide some of what we needed. We headed to the lumber department and those folks in the back were a little easier to talk to. They were very helpful and pleasant. My significant other called to report the incident and the manager did apologize. However, this kind of treatment to their customer will do any small business damage. Treat your customer right. 1st and definitely the last time here.

This lady finally came up to us and asked how she could help and she just literally pointed in a direction after giving our explanation, she didn't move from her seat, she just pointed in the direction we should go. We get the equipment and ask her how to use it, she says that all the materials we need to complete the job were on the stands next to it, and they were not. She told us she would call someone to help us. We literally waited for 15 minutes while several employees doing nothing passed by and told us that someone was coming. Finally, an older gentleman comes and HE DOESNT EVEN KNOW HOW TO WORK THE MACHINE! We walked out very diappointed.

We were immediately greeted and asked about the razor blade thingy and they had them conveniently located right by the checkout register. Next we asked about where we could find packing tape and were told exactly what aisle that was located. There are a lot of things cram packed on the shelves, which is great!
