If I could give this place a 0 stars I could…read more We walked in wanting to rent a floor sander and purchase the materials that went along with it, but when we got there, not a single person looked interested in assisting us. This lady finally came up to us and asked how she could help and she just literally pointed in a direction after giving our explanation, she didn't move from her seat, she just pointed in the direction we should go. We get the equipment and ask her how to use it, she says that all the materials we need to complete the job were on the stands next to it, and they were not. She told us she would call someone to help us. We literally waited for 15 minutes while several employees doing nothing passed by and told us that someone was coming. Finally, an older gentleman comes and HE DOESNT EVEN KNOW HOW TO WORK THE MACHINE! We walked out very diappointed.

We were immediately greeted and asked about the razor blade thingy and they had them conveniently located right by the checkout register. Next we asked about where we could find packing tape and were told exactly what aisle that was located. There are a lot of things cram packed on the shelves, which is great! You can even find things you didn't know you needed! Such a cute, fun store!
