I was not very meticulous at preparing my car. No problem! They moved and cleaned the area, then replaced my items! I've never had my car detailed for such a reasonable price! He gave us a discount however we will never use his service again. He knew the temperature outside and he knew that we had a black car when he quoted the price. Update to my review based on Cory's response. I barely said two words to you and saying that I'm an angry person is extremely unprofessional. They do have affordable monthly unlimited car wash plans available, these basically pay for themselves as long as you get your car washed at least twice a month. After all his efforts, I now have a sparkling clean and beautiful smelling interior cab --- all the horrible-smelling smoke and toxic glue stains that stuck to every inch of the interior of my truck's cab are now gone! I ended-up with GREAT service after a horrific event --- at a very reasonable cost. The truck's interior was all cleaned up within a few days time.
