Unfortunately, Ryan texted me an hour before our arranged time to let me know that he didn't complete a job from the previous day and he was working today on finishing it and that he couldn't make it to our appointment. I thanked him for telling me but I definitely would've appreciated a text or a call the day before when he knew his previous job was not complete.
