Jay and his assistant arrived a few minutes early and finished within the time frame scheduled and they did a nice job. They were personable, professional and although we agreed the price was a little higher than we'd normally pay for a basic detail locally, the convenience of having a 4 hour service ( for 2 vehicles) done at our home was well worth it, in our opinion.
