When I tried to get him to be more communicative with me about what info he needed to process my truck rental reservation, he copped an attitude. I asked to reserve it and was told that I didn't need a reservation because I'd be there in 30 minutes. I drove across town to get it. Upon arrival the same employee I talked to went through the entire paperwork process with me, RAN MY CREDIT CARD and had me backed up to the trailer when Jamal the manager said there was a reservation on it and I couldn't have it. So now it's too late for me to go get another one and I get upset and give this employee a piece of my mind. Then Jamal starts yelling at me telling me to leave the store and telling me that he doesn't give a F&&& about my problem. So his employee totally screwed me, and then after admitting that his employee messed up said, and I quote "I don't give a F$$$ about you or your problems". Thanks U-Haul. You got me good. We were having issues with our 8 passenger car and were sent here by…read moreroadside assistance (they do not carry 8 passenger cars lol and we knew) and every single worker there was so understanding and helpful with our situation. While they couldn't replace the car for us since they don't carry them, they all went above and beyond to look into possible locations that would and provided us with all the information we needed to contact them and hopefully get this situation fixed. While enterprise roadside assistance was less than helpful, these workers at the enterprise truck rental were out of this world with their empathy and resourcefulness.

We visited U-Haul Moving & Storage of Fuqua on a weekend. The location is accessible from the…read moreservice/feeder road of 45. There is limited parking in the area. We scheduled a truck rental ahead of time to move some items. The service we received at pick up was excellent. The staff member was very kind, friendly, and knowledgeable. Her expertise made the entire experience very pleasant. They went over our reservation and asked questions to ensure that we did not over pay for our 2 hour rental. After completing our task, we visited to the location and the staff member helped us complete our rental return. If we need moving or storage services, we will be sure to visit this location again. We hope you have a good experience as well.
