I was referred to Jamie, the owner, and he was very kind from the very first interaction. They have been working on my new home for over a week now, and they have been nothing short of amazing. Jamie has been completely transparent, thorough, and straightforward in every step of their renovation process. Whenever I had a question, he answered it and educated me on various tips and tricks a baby homeowner should know. I can't express how grateful I am for their help in painting, fixing, updating, and finalizing all the little touches of my home. They literally saved me, and words cannot express how humbled I am by their kindness. I recommend Jamie and Terry ten times over.

Luxury Tile did an amazing job installing our accent wall (30"x60" large format porcelain tile). The work required customization to accommodate our tv mount and outlets and was installed flawlessly. Not only was Arturo able to hang the large format tile when others said it wasn't possible, he was able to achieve perfectly straight, 1/16 grout lines throughout. Honestly, it's a work of art. I strongly recommend Luxury Tile. You won't be disappointed.

He also is reasonably priced. I highly recommend.

I'm the studio remodel pictures listed here and I would not recommend David McGowan at all, I had a terrible experience. I hired David back in June to do a remodel of my den as I want an ADU space for guests and extra income. Initially he seemed very professional and I hired him. I informed him about some quirks of my 1960's built house, including that there is a ceiling heating system. He started the work and everything looked fine, except that he cut the wiring on the heating system to install lights. When I complained, he argued with me insisted that I hadn't told him about the system. We eventually resolved that, so the work continued. After the work finished the lights he installed stopped working. He came back and said it was an amp or a panel problem and he would come back and fix it. Here we are three months later and I still have no functioning lights. I called a specialized electrical contractor and they said it was not the panel but that the lights were wired incorrectly. He won't return my calls and I have to spend extra money to re-do his sloppy and dangerous electrical work.

Over the course of 3 years they periodically worked on large projects for our home. Anthony and his crew became like trusted family members; they earned our trust by their conduct, work ethic and direct communication. Anthony's first priority is to provide the best "product" possible to his customers. We have been very happy with all the projects he has done: * Built a 120 ft beautiful block retaining wall with a metal railing that will probably last longer than our house * Tore out our lower deck and built a larger trek deck in its place, installed a metal railing, rebuilt the stair on the other side of the deck and reinstalled our hot tub! * Built a 20' x 18' attached, permitted shop * Turned an ugly storage room into a beautiful office * Built railroad tie stairway with a landing on both sides of our house and placed 10 huge rocks just where I wanted them. Put down landscape fabric and mulch. I appreciate that Anthony critically thinks through the projects, researches new products or construction solutions, and talks to vendors to obtain detailed information. He communicates well with city and county people and clients. Anthony and his crew are creative, and at times, artistic in their work. We loved our home before we found Anthony.
