Steve went radio silent for days when I discovered many issues with his work. When we encountered a problem with our roof two months after installation (for which he was NOT at fault) he took responsibility for the issue and went above and beyond to find a solution. Even after explaining to us that our roof was a complicated case and most roofers wouldn't take it on, he made sure that the job was done thoroughly (their work was approved by a licensed roof inspector not affiliated with this company).
