When I was ready (a day later) I signed and he called me to set up a date. The date given was within 2 weeks! I got my new roof today and their professionalism and work are beyond compare . I now have a new roof, new attic fan and my dryer vent is now where it is supposed to be. Sam was the foreman for the job and he was outstandin as well as his crew. Unfortunately, the corners of the largest section have turned into water faucets that were always on. I tried my own DIY projects to get it turned off, but was unsuccessful. It was finally time to call in the pros. I found Made in America Roofing also through Yelp. They were local to me and also part of the Yelp Project Guarantee program. I was pleasantly surprised that Joe got back in touch with me within a few minutes of my initial Yelp contact. He was out to my house the same day and we discussed the project and some other roofing issues I had. He had a written estimate in my hands within two days, and the project was completed within the week. My multiple corner piece gutters are dry! He took off my gutter guards from my old gutters and put them on the new ones. We added a second downspout and you can clearly see that the pitch is correct. For my other roofing issues, Joe was able to see some possible areas where rain may have been coming in and causing a shower inside my house. He even showed me pictures he took to explain what he saw could be problematic. He caulked the areas and so far I haven't had water coming from the ceiling lights. I did not get any other quotes. The price I was given I thought was fair and reasonable. I also had a concrete patch hole in my garage fixed by Made in America Roofing. Joe had his mason guy come to do that project for $150. Joe and his helper, Vlad, completed the project in a few hours. I couldn't believe how much sludge was inside the gutters. Just shows how much they weren't pitched and draining properly. Now my gutters are doing the correct job. Communication was excellent, price was fair, and he put in the extra help for my roofing problem that he did not try to get me to do a replacement or work that was not necessary. I'm always about helping out local businesses. He's been doing roofing for over 10 years. I'd highly recommend you check out Made in America Roofing for your needs.

I purchased an older home in 2017 and the siding did not look bad but 6 years later I noticed lots of problems. My biggest problem was it was always so cold in my home. I had a few windows replaced and the attic insulated but that did not really help. When the windows were replaced I noticed significant deterioration underneath the siding and asked the contractor about it. He told me it happens and replaced the windows but did not reframe them. I thought about selling my house to avoid dealing with the problems. I had three different companies give me an estimate for the siding. The first was way too expensive. The second company Cherry Roofing and Siding in Cherry Hill, gave me a competitive quote but were unable to do the job. . I later found out that the company is having internal problems and they are not doing a great job for many of their clients. I was very fortunate that they never touched my house. I almost gave up, but then I decided to use the Better Business Bureau. I found American Construction. They have an A+ rating. They are also located in Cherry Hill. When I called I was able to talk to one of the owners Gregg. I told him about my negative experiences with the other companies and he promised me nothing but integrity. Gregg kept his promise, his team was incredible. As I said earlier my house is old and had lots of deterioration underneath the siding and because the siding was poorly installed there was also some water damage. I expected the final price to be more than the original quote, but it was well worth it. American Construction replaced all of the damaged plywood, gave me new insulation , framed the windows and put on James Hardie siding. Not only did they restore my house, they were quick and professional. They started on Monday and by Thursday the project was finished. Friday they came back and cleaned up, placing all of my personal items back in their original spots. Doing something this major on your house can be very stressful and inconvenient. . American Construction took all my stress away and I did not suffer any inconvenience at all.. I feel like I have a brand new house. I feel so much better about living here now that I know what is going on underneath the siding. I have peace and joy about my home because of American Construction. The first team sent out to redo the roof had no clue what they were doing unknown to us at the time. After the roof was completed we had $7,000 on repairs done on the inside because of the prior damage, within 3 months the roof was leaking again and worse than it had before the new roof again causing major damage inside the house. They finally got a new crew to come out in Jan/Feb 2024 to fix the problem, they did not. Within a month or two the roof was leaking again. We had a 3rd crew come out in the spring who again did not know what they were doing and by June the roof was leaking again. Since June, we have gotten nothing but either false promises of the crew coming out where they just no show. Or total dead silence not responding to phone calls or text at all. The roof continues to leak in my 80 year old mothers bedroom, which the owner of Bell roofing James is very much aware of. It is now winter and cold and her bedroom ceiling is exposed due to the rain damage and her bedroom is very cold. Does bell roofing care? No they do not because they got their payment from the finance company in Oct 2023. What good is a contract with a 25 year warranty if you dont stand by it in the first year. When he got up on the roof he told us he had to replace 5 shingles. He had to go to Lowe's for the replacements. The repair took about an hour, but his travel time and getting the shingles was about another hour. He also inspected our very large roof and siding. Everything (shingles, repair and his time at Lowe's included) came to $135 which we considered EXTREMELY reasonable. We expected to pay a lot more. Dennis was very thorough and a really pleasant person to deal with. He was in no rush to finish and we are very satisfied. He is most definitely on our recommended list and would use his services again in a heartbeat.
