Ultimately they suggested it could be a problem with the stones in the wall. Disciple came out, recommended a strategy of replacing a couple of stones, re-pointing the rest of the area and applying sealant over the whole section. Work was scheduled promptly. The guys were very friendly and professional. The job was finished within 10 days (mortar needed to cure before sealant could be applied) and it looks great. Now we have to wait for a horrific rainstorm to see if that solves the problem.

Elliott the owner came within a few days of me calling and gave an estimate to repair a floor joist that was severely damaged by a plumber. They came and completed the work just a couple days after that. They did a great job and even reinforced some other surrounding joists while they were there.
