He also connected us with a team of contractors who helped us renovate and get the house ready to sell, which made a huge difference. The market wasn't exactly easy, but our home was on the market for less than two weeks before we got an offer. We first connected with Ramon in 2025 when we were considering selling our home. After several conversations, we realized we were not yet financially ready to move forward. Even though Ramon had already invested time and effort into helping us evaluate our options, he never made us feel pressured or guilty about our decision. He remained supportive and checked in periodically throughout the year without ever being pushy. A year later, when we were finally ready to sell, choosing Ramon and his team was an easy decision. From start to finish, the entire team was incredibly communicative and professional. They created a group chat with my husband and me, which made it easy to stay informed, ask questions, and receive updates throughout the process. Ramon and his team also did an excellent job coordinating showings. They ensured we had the ability to approve or decline requests based on our schedule and convenience, which gave us time to prepare and made the process much less stressful. When we eventually received an offer, due to our personal financial circumstances we were facing the possibility of bringing money to closing. (This situation was entirely unrelated to Ramon or his team and was simply the result of not having paid down enough of our mortgage) Ramon was generous enough to voluntarily reduce his commission, which helped us walk away from the sale with money in our pockets. That act alone speaks volumes about his character, integrity, and commitment to his clients. Ramon genuinely cares about the people he represents and consistently puts their best interests first. Despite a slower condo market in our area, he successfully got our property sold and guided us through every challenge with professionalism and compassion. We are incredibly grateful for all of the hard work, dedication, and support that Ramon and his team provided!

MONICA RAMOS, the most unprofessional agent I have ever experienced in my life, she was our agent. BEWARE!! We had to hire an attorney and through the whole process she was uncooperative. We asked for copies of the documents, she refused to send them and brushed me off. She yelled during conference calls and her broker had to remind her to be professional. She hung up when our attorney asked for information. Threatened to hold our close out checks if "I" did not deliver the keys to her bc she refused to meet me. And then called the second buyer on the vacant lot and told her the property wasn't worth the asking price and shouldn't pay that when she was the one who gave us the value. What a mess and a poor excuse for a business woman. If you want to pay extra in legal fees and have a constant migraine head ache Monica is the right person. Good luck!!!

Review for Armando Arenas…read more I needed to sell my late mother's condo after she passed away, and Armando was recommended to me by both a family friend and my probate attorney. From our very first meeting, he came fully prepared with market comparisons and detailed information about the process. It was an extremely difficult and emotional time for me, and Armando was patient, kind, and understanding every step of the way. When I received an offer, he took the time to explain everything clearly and never pressured me--he made sure I felt comfortable with every decision. Armando is an excellent realtor--professional, knowledgeable, and compassionate. I'm very grateful for his help and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a realtor they can truly trust.

In my 30 years as a real estate investor and manager, I've done over 20 real estate transactions…read more Philip at Man Realty was among the best (if not the absolute best) agent I've worked with. He's professional, efficient, and responsive. He also knew exactly the correct pricing for our Monterey Park condo. This is a subtle, under-appreciated art. I've had agents pitch me unrealistically high prices to try to get my business. But then the house gets weak responses and goes 'stale'. On the flip side if they price it too low, it encourages an excess of low bids. Philip's pricing was spot on. I could tell immediately from the response: several solid offers on the first weekend, with one 2.5% over the asking price. We took that offer and closed within 2 weeks. No contingencies, no fussy last-minute changes, and no unreasonable repair demands. Exceptional all around... highly recommended.

As a first time homebuyer, I was so extremely grateful to have Michelle Hsu as my realtor. First of…read moreall, she spent so much of her time trying to find houses that fit my particular criteria. I'm a picky guy, and not once did she give me the feeling that I was being a bother, or being too unrealistic with my demands. For almost a year, we searched for the perfect house, until we finally found one in La Habra that ticked (mostly) all the boxes. During the purchasing process, she used her excellent negotiation skills to get the seller to agree to an aggressive price reduction of about 3%. Furthermore, she was able to get the seller to agree to additional concessions during the inspection process. This was partly due to the fact that the home inspector she works with (Ralph) is extremely thorough and leaves no stone unturned. Because of this, she was able to turn some of the weaknesses we found with the house into bargaining chips. Throughout the entire process, Michelle was so detailed/invested in getting me the best deal/result that it made me feel almost as though she was purchasing my home for herself! As a first time homebuyer, I had a ton of questions but she always got back to me quickly and also came up with a lot of creative solutions/suggestions, highlighting her deep expertise and vast knowledge of the industry. I truly have no complaints - because of Michelle, the entire process went as smoothly as could be. After having her as my buying agent, I'll rest easy knowing that I can be confident in having the best agent on my side going into any future real estate transactions. With Michelle, you are in good hands!
