The cab came promptly with a pleasant driver who knew exactly where to go when we gave him the address of our appointment. We mentioned that we would also need to get picked up when I was done. We were asked to call as the driver said that they try to get to everybody asap. My next stop was to pick up drywall supplies for my renovation. The cab was at our location immediately and off we went across the city to Rona where I found out that I would need several large pails of mudding. The driver was so kind when I asked if we had room for the load and even opened the trunk to assure me that he did! I brought out the pails and he helped to load them and off we went back to the BMW/Mini Cooper shop. My car wasn't quite ready yet so the cab driver helped unload and asked if I needed anymore help. How pleasant to have customer service like that! I've had some great and not so good service and these cab drivers provided excellent service over and beyond! Over the many years I've had with Blue Bird Cabs I've never had one negative experience! Thank you!

We priced out the options and LA Limo's luxury bus was a better value than booking the excursion through NCL. Bob was our driver and was an incredible tour guide. He took us to the Gardens as soon as we got off the ship so we could maximize our time there. We had considerable more time than the people who booked through NCL. After the gardens closed, he took us on an amazing sightseeing tour on the way back to the ship and he told us great stories and the history of Victoria. He was extremely genuine and enthusiastic about his job and he clearly took care of us throughout the tour. He said we were the first cruise ship to dock in Victoria for 2024 so the atmosphere was filled with excitement - which enhanced our experience. Their office staff is very organized and prompt in communication. Jennifer and Dylan were extremely responsive and kept us updated at all times. I cannot wait to return to Victoria and I would not hesitate to use LA Limo for all my transportation needs. That was the highlight of our trip and definitely the most memorable.

For months of Covid19 (starting with China in Jan) there was NO WAY to call. So when I mistakenly booked the wrong city to fly into (those Hawaiian names are so alike!) there was no way to rectify it by phone, and I had missed the online change window of 24 hours. So I had to buy another flight, and hope to get a refund later. When I was within 48 of flying I was able to call and explain the wrong booking. I was told to email the details and it would be taken care of. I got a refund in the mail of $88 when the flight cost $219. There was no explanation given. Calls are allowed now in June, but the wait is 2 hours. Service?

My father and I were flying from Comox to Calgary via Vancouver…read more After setting up his medical at the time of booking, being confirmed and boarded, with the same oxygen machine he has travelled with dozens of times, we were given 2 options, leave the oxygen machine or leave the plane. We tried to explain to to the pilot and stewardess that the fact that my father would die without the oxygen, and a call from Danniele at the customer check in explaining that it was an approved machine we were forced to deplane. My father and I both have medical issues with walking so this became the first problem. Then the plane left with our luggage and medication. Once we returned to the terminal Danielle showed us the list of approved oxygen machines and what a surprise, there was my fathers machine. We then had to take a $30 cab ride, and rent a $120 hotel room. I then had to go to a walk in clinic to obtain a days worth of medication. Then wait 10 hours for our next flight. Then a 3 hour layover in Vancouver. We then went to the only restaurant without a wait to eat. After finishing dinner we asked for a cart pick up but we're told I had to wheel my father back to the Air Canada wing and wait. We waited 20 minutes and once no one showed up I was forced to push him the full distance as we would have been late for checkin. We landed in Calgary at 1:00am after beginning our day at 4:00am. This caused quite a strain on my fathers heart and my knees. All for an obstinate pilot that refused to listen to anyone as if he was on some kind of power trip. This treatment has left us bitter and likely to give poor reviews to everyone we meet. I would like to add that Danielle in Comox was very helpful in getting us a new flight and assuring we would not be removed by another flight. I would also like to add that the gentleman who deplaned my father in Calgary was very helpful in wheeling him to baggage claim and helping him find me.

Because of an accident, I had to change my reservation to a day earlier. We needed to get off the island ASAP and get back to the states in case my wife needed to see a doctor or be hospitalized. Customer service was good to work with. They listened to my story and helped me change my reservation a couple of times. No waiving of fees, not that I was hoping for fee waiver. They did their job and was able to make reservations on the ferry that my wife wanted. Car boarding instructions was a little unclear. I wanted to keep my wife in the car as we made our crossing. I was told that we were supposed to go up to the seating area. Later on I found out that she could've stayed in the car. It was a nice ferry ride from Victoria to Vancouver. It was very smooth compared to the Port Angeles to Victoria ferry ride where it was a little rough. Also, the BC Ferry to/from Victoria and Vancouver is scheduled for almost every hour. BC Ferries is like a well oiled machine. I most likely will take it again to make up for what our medical emergency made us miss.

Ferries are pretty regular from Swartz Bay. Easy day trip from Victoria. You don't need a car, but it is easier if you have one. I took the bus. Since it is a car ferry, you can bring your car on the ferry and explore Salt Springs Island. It was a 30 minute - ish ferry ride from Swartz Bay to Fulford Harbor. A chilly February crossing, but beautiful. I stayed on deck through out. It was a bit less windy on the level where the cars park. So cool (and cold with the wind)! Saw some seals too!

We had a perfect day learning about the history of the island. Kevin is very attentive, and honestly I had a nice break from being the caregiver, as he was so gracious to help her in and out of the car at every stop! history buffs will love his tour, and we saw things I ended up ordering books about (local artist emily Carr, the First Nations art, the Queen's house, the oldest China Town in Canada) after the tour. It's such a fascinating, whimsical place! I recommend the Tesla tour 100% and will be back!

He picked us right outside our ship, took us to the Castle before anyone else was there, the Government House gardens & Christ Church Cathedral. Followed by a scenic drive to Butchart Gardens; where we spent the rest of the afternoon. He also arranged for the tea and lunch service at the gardens using his member discount. It was completely wonderful! The food, service, and atmosphere were all excellent. We did offer for him to have lunch with us but he insisted on waiting so we could have some time to ourselves. After tea, he walked around the gardens with us, happily taking pictures and giving us interesting info. At our request, he dropped us off at the Fairmont Empress around 4pm. We walked around a bit and then took a cute little water taxi back to the ship. I highly recommend this tour if you have 2-3 people and want to get a lot done in a short amount of time. Kevin is very friendly and knowledgeable. Oh and of course, the car is amazing! We'd love to tour with Kevin again in the future!
