Called to have them give estimate to repair a damaged wire I had discovered and if it were possible to quickly fix at that time, to let me know. Indeed the issue was what I found. Was not a quick fix, so they sent me an estimate. I was then billed for a service call at close to $200. After over a half dozen phone calls to try to resolve this, with no return calls back, they simply continue to send me a bill with late fees. charged 7.5 hours to remove a well cap and have a different company camera well. had charges on bill that did not reflect work done. one employee spent over a hour on his phone playing games or whatever. get a quote before using their services. read more

We had a panel go out. Our electrician came out to give us an estimate and was so nice and helpful. Explained everything to us and gave us some recommendations on how we could fix the problem. After he came to look at panel, the panel decided to take a crap in the middle of the night. I called the electrician to make sure that we were safe from fire. He was more than willing to make sure we were going to be ok, even late at night. Pendleton Electric pushed our appointment to the next business day and came and put in the new panel box today. If there is ever a question about something they always come back and make it right. I am especially impressed with Tom, the air conditioning and heating guy. They lied to me, they charged me for work that wasn't done then tried to slander me to cover it up. I have absolute proof that work wasn't done.
