Was not a quick fix, so they sent me an estimate. I was then billed for a service call at close to $200. After over a half dozen phone calls to try to resolve this, with no return calls back, they simply continue to send me a bill with late fees. They say it was a service call, even though they "serviced" nothing and only gave me an estimate on repairs.
