To be completely…read morehonest, I was very hesitant to come in as a patient as I am a volleyball coach and thought I was very aware of how to move and manage my pain. Upon coming in, I was greeted by the friendly front desk staff. They made signing in and paying my bill completely easy which is always a relief. Aaron Quinn was my Physical Therapist and he immediately made me feel as if I was in the right hands. I learned so much about myself and my shoulder that I really had no idea about. With just one appointment I have been able to feel immediate relief, and have gained what feels like so much useful knowledge. I can't wait for my next appointment already. As a fitness member there is absolutely nothing I could possibly complain about. The workouts are fun, doable, and so well written out. Dustin, who is primarily my fitness instructor is so good about getting me back into shape and making me feel like he cares about my presence in the class. He is amazing. I took one class with Ashley, and she is as equally as impressive as Dustin. Overall amazing place to workout, and stay fit.

This place is impossible to deal with. They will cancel appoints without notice. However, if you…read morecancel for flu they immediately demand $50 or tell you to bring the kid in with a mask. I tried to work it out with them but they are completely unreasonable. Really not worth the aggravation.

A year ago they misdiagnosed me with an " infection " This misdagnosis turned out to be cancer…read more Once I demanded an MRI a year later. I was told it was cancer and now has spread to three areas. Maybe you shou;d've had an MRI done instead of an ultrasound. Epic Fail!!! To top it off I had to go back to this house of horroes today for an annual physical. Waited in a room for 1.5 hours and no doctor in sight. Ant why is it called " doctors on duty ? " when is the last time an actual doctor stepped foot in the building? should be called " NP may or may not be on duty " RUN!!!!!

I am deeply disappointed with the care I received at this urgent care. When my rapid strep throat…read moretest came back negative, the nurse practitioner immediately framed the situation as "it must be gonorrhea or chlamydia" and started me on STI treatment, presenting it as the only explanation. When I specifically asked if it could be something else, she essentially said no. This was not only inaccurate but also incredibly irresponsible. What should have been said was something like: "Because the rapid test is negative, I'll start you on antibiotics that cover different possibilities, including STIs, while we wait for the lab swab to come back. It may turn out to be another bacterial cause, such as tonsillitis, which won't show up on today's rapid test. Let's cover our bases until we know for sure." That would have been professional, accurate, and safe. Instead, I left the clinic believing I had an STI and accused my partner of giving it to me. This created serious and unnecessary distress and could have had lasting consequences for my relationship. Days later, I got my lab results back -- I do not have an STI. What I actually had was a severe case of tonsillitis caused by another bacterium. All of this happened while I was so ill that I hadn't eaten in two days and fainted in the exam room. For a provider to so confidently and incorrectly declare an STI, without caveats or confirmation, was not just careless -- it was unprofessional and potentially harmful. Clinicians have a responsibility to frame uncertain situations with caution and balance, especially when the social implications are so high. This experience fell far short of that standard.
