Jeff is a total pro and will steer you in the right direction on your window purchase. The quality of the Pella product is great. Jeff works tirelessly to make sure that that any Pella promotions are extended to us to give us high quality at a good price. I'm confidant Jeff knows more about windows than anyone else in Pennsylvania. He also know a thing or two about hiring a world class installation team. Third purchase is on its way. read more

If I could give ZERO stars I would! the windows are junk. service is terrible. they spend all their money making cute commercials instead of servicing their customers! I have waited over three months to have the weather strips fixed and one of my windows doesn't even have the locking mechanism to lock the window! service finally showed up today but he had NO PARTS to fix them. he called the office and they had never even ordered the parts. since our sales rep Jacin left the company they are unreachable. you go through automation for about 10 minutes...never speaking to a real person and then no one ever calls you back! HIGHLY dissatisfied. Contacting the Better Business Bureau!! DO NOT BUY PELLA WINDOWS!!! read more

Avoid! Avoid! Avoid! I could not be more frustrated with the my experience. We contracted them to install a new entry door and side glass panels. I should have known we were in for trouble when they delivered the ~10'x7', 1,000 lb entry unit with one person and I had to help unload it from the truck and get in into my garage. After the initial install we noticed a piece of the trim was cracked and the top inside corner of the door was hitting the jam and rubbing off the stain. It took 4 weeks and numerous unanswered calls and texts to get someone to come out replace the trim and realign the door. The door worked for about a week and now the bolt won't throw correctly, a side panel has popped loose, and the when the sun hits it you can see what looks like a child scribbled on it with a stain pen. It has now been 2 months of trying to schedule someone to come out and at least look at it. They will sell you on the warranty but good luck getting someone to come out and service it. We couldn't be more disappointed with the whole experience. Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else. read more

We had Pella of State College replace our Old French Door. Jeff was our representative & he made the process simple & easy. Pella was a bit more than we expected to pay however when Don & Rich came to install the new door, we couldn't have imagined how beautiful the new door was. Don & Rich did not waist any time, the old door was removed in less than a hour & the new door was installed right away. They are a great team & the door was completely installed & finished in about 4-5 hours. We were impressed to see Jeff during the installation & he did a full inspection with Don. They made sure everything was completed & that we were satisfied. We are so happy to have gone with Pella of State College, you really do get what you pay for. Highly recommend Jeff & Don from Pella of State College. read more

Jeff was wonderful in helping us select a front door. We saw many examples and finally picked out what we would like. On the day of the installation the installers worked all and the door is beautiful! If we had any questions throughout the process, we got answer immediately! Thank you Pella for producing a fabulous door! read more

I work with Jeff & Darlene, Pella Windows, as an exhibitor for our local Home Expo and had a really positive experience coordinating registration and logistics. Communication was clear, they were responsive when questions came up, and everything stayed on track, which made my job easier! Overall, very easy to work with from an event coordination standpoint. read more

Jeff from Pella of State College has provided a great experience. From the first appointment he was very personal and knowledgeable of exactly what we needed in a new patio door. He explained the different types of doors and what would work best for our home. Once the order was placed the company kept us up to date on the order and delivery date. The day before delivery they called to confirm the time delivery was expected. Don the installer called also to confirm they would be arriving about an hour before delivery to get started. Don and Rich are excellent craftsmen and got started immediately. From start to finish they had the job completed in about five hours. And when I say finished I mean everything including cleanup and even cleaning the door glass. Jeff even stopped by again to confirm the job was completed to our satisfaction. If you need new doors or windows we would highly suggest you call Pella of State College for a great professional experience with which you be very pleased. read more

We have never had a salesperson like Jeff Stainbrook that went above and beyond starting with giving us a price, knowing his product so well, knowing what door and window would improve the look of our older home, so patient. We had a double hung kitchen window, and he brought the Impervia, Awning Vent window to our home. It lets a lot more light into our kitchen and so much easier to to open and close. Jeff is excellent at taking care of his customers even after the work is done, and the project is paid for. I couldn't work the window at first he came to our home and showed me again even though he demonstrated the window in our home when he first came to give us an estimate. The problem I was having once he came back to show me was so simple but he was very happy to help me with my concern. We've had the door & windows for three years 2021. I called him last week 2024 about our french door, we thought we needed to replace the door, Jeff came out the same day I called him. He checked the door, and found we haven't been closing it properly so it wasn't latching. We are seniors, and he could have easily sold us a new door but "he said this door is going to outlive you. He is an example of honesty, and you know you can trust him and he supports his customers no matter how often you need help. He should teach salespeople how to treat customers & and work w/them. Yes, the prices are high but at this age we sure have found out over the years, you get what you pay for, and good customer service makes a BIG difference if you would recommend a company. We really like the new door, and window, and both items improved the looks of our home both inside and out. Pella Co., is blessed to have a manager like Jeff. read more

The salesman is slick. He charmed us like a pro. The window over the kitchen sink came in sideways and he talked us into installing it. So now the crank is 3/4 of the way up the side. The installers had to make custom sill & molding. Windows were grossly overpriced as was the front door system. Once they've got you're money don't waste your breath. He will not return phone calls and even a call to the regional supervisor was worthless. Windows themselves are great. Buy from someone else and have a local craftsman install! read more

Brought them in to price out 5 windows in the breakfast room and kitchen. Knowledgable and helpful. Talked through a number of options. Then came the estimate. Over $10k, or about $2,000 a window. This was 3 times the cost in consumer reports. Talked to our neighbors who had the same experience and moved on. It seems this is a not a totally unheard of practice in the industry. read more
