The track install was acceptable, but the finish work was atrocious. I called Matt Garman and he whipped it in to shape. He corrected all the poor finish work by the previous contractor. He was sensitive to the environment and the time table. He went above and beyond for the budget he was given and stayed within the budget. On a second project, it was a complete remodel of a bathroom to make it handicap accessible. He followed all ADA guidelines and again took care to keep a clean and healthy work environment. He used a HEPA filtration system when sanding and doing demo to keep the air clean for the residents. He installed tile flooring and a smooth transition floor for wheel chair access to the shower stall. His work was beautiful.
