Lion Country Contracting was highly recommended to us by a trusted friend and contractor. After meeting with Paul, we were so impressed that we decided that while we were adding the patio roof, now was the time to have further exterior renovations made. Not only did we add the patio roof, but we also included a complete update of the exterior of our home. This included window framing along with new siding, facia, soffit, gutters, and downspouts. Basically, the entire exterior of our house was updated. We were extremely pleased with the entire process and the results! Paul worked with us throughout the design process as we determined the layout of the porch, the type and color of the siding and trim, and other details. He was extremely patient and made helpful recommendations as we attempted to decide on each feature. In all cases, Paul's recommendations resulted in a renovation that exceeded our expectations. The entire project took less than three weeks. Paul was there every day working along side his other three team members. I was extremely impressed by their skills, work ethic, quality of their work, and attention to detail. There was much more involved in the renovation than I had considered. They would arrive promptly in the morning, work throughout the day, and clean up before leaving at the end of each day. Paul kept us informed of his progress every step of the way. We are extremely happy with the results. Our house no longer appears as something that was built in the 1980s, but has a much more up to date appearance.
