Could not communicate with them during the work. 2. I have a steep pitch roof. Workers supported their weight in our rain gutters at times damaging (bowing) them. CR refused to repair. 3. Cleanup was bad. Found many original fasteners scattered about our deck and driveway after they were done and gone. 4. Contract included replacing our bathroom vent in kind. First try they put the original back on. Second try replaced with a generic covering not anything like the original. Third try they got it right.

It turns out what I signed was for all white...inside and outside. I was told the windows are mine and I can do whatever I want with them. If I want brown on the outside, I would have to BUY ANOTHER SET WINDOWS. I asked if they were paintable and if Home Genius would pay for the paint and someone to paint them and was told NO. I was told one of the crew would be sent for brown trim. That never happened. I allowed them to install the windows. I feel the damage to my house is excessive. It was dark out when they finally finished. I didn't get a good look until the next day, and that was just inside. I have attached a few pictures of the damage. My son told me there is damage outside and that he picked up broken glass and metal trim from the driveway. I reached out by email, on Friday night, to the entire team and have not had a response. Please beware of doing business with this company.
