It was a disaster. The job was horrific and I sent pictures to Jeff, the owner. He had to hire another subcontractor to come and fix the roof. The roof was 75% complete but it took a month to do!!! They never cleaned up, nails and screws all through the yard, driveway and even some in my neighbors driveway. The spouting leaks, water runs out over the spouting, down spouts have holes that rain water comes out, J Chanel missing, screws not screwed down on the roof. It has been a nightmare to get anyone to call you back, promises to come finish and never show. Unfortunately we wanted to support a local business and this has become our worse decision EVER! The new Forman told us to sue him on two different occasions. after paying the full amount and questioning when he will finish the small fixes, we were told "you are not a priority" We were told numerous times that he will "make things right". for starters the building is out of square. two of the poles are scabbed at the top just to reach…read morethe top of the trusses with 2x4's. every screw that was installed to secure the metal was tightened to the point of denting the metal and some even missed the wood. for the ones that missed they just globed silicone on them and called it good. When they put the banner board on instead of removing the drillings they just laid it on top of the dirt. which put the front doors two feet of the driveway. There answer to me was just bring in Shail. They could do this for an extra fee of course. But the real kick in the nuts was when they put the post in the ground, they never put anything under them for footing. Mister fisher insisted they put concrete in the holes, but none was onsite to do so. I was here to receive the materials at that time and the apparent skid of concrete that was ordered never existed. but regardless the footings where to be 36" round by 8"thick disc of concrete not just a bag of ready mix. as for the warranty it holds no water. I was told mister fisher by Levi himself that he been building buildings for thirty years and he was not interested in reinventing the wheel to do so. long story short now I'm stuck paying for a monstrosity with no satisfaction over the last for years. That i wish i would have gotten someone honest. If you have fishers build your building better watch for the short cuts there everywhere and the warranty is as good as the toilet paper in the locale gas station.

After meeting with Paul, we were so impressed that we decided that while we were adding the patio roof, now was the time to have further exterior renovations made. Not only did we add the patio roof, but we also included a complete update of the exterior of our home. This included window framing along with new siding, facia, soffit, gutters, and downspouts. Basically, the entire exterior of our house was updated. We were extremely pleased with the entire process and the results! Paul worked with us throughout the design process as we determined the layout of the porch, the type and color of the siding and trim, and other details. He was extremely patient and made helpful recommendations as we attempted to decide on each feature. In all cases, Paul's recommendations resulted in a renovation that exceeded our expectations.
