I stayed that night in Cheboygan and at a little before 11 am the next day (Tuesday) I went to his home/business with my screens in hand and although there was an open sign in the window, (and it was business hours on a business day) the door was locked. I went bk to my vehicle and phoned the business but nobody answered. (Or bothered to return my call.) I wish I could leave a zero star review but I have to do at least one star to post. If I were you I would AVOID this "business" AT ALL COSTS.

I say installed the following days because unfortunately our condo was built 50 yrs ago & the old windows were very hard to remove. So, what should have only taken 1 day took 3. Even with that we're SO please with the outcome. They look great! Dave, the installer, did an exceptional job! He was polite & professional. We're so impressed definitely recommend this company.

Gus from Big Rapids Roofing came out and gave a much better price than other bids I got, plus his company uses the brand shingle and holds the certification I wanted. I was delayed until into December from starting by my chimney build, but as soon as my chimney was finished Big Rapids Roofing was able to start. They had to blow snow off the roof in order to work. Their crew did an excellent job, worked from daybreak on into dark. Their clean up was pristine. Because of the winter weather, their equipment left some tracks in the yard, and they made every effort to remedy this by sending a guy with several bags of dirt and grass seed to repair the yard. I didn't press for this, they did it because they were responsible.

I can't honestly rate the company's work, other than obviously they didn't want the job. I did message a person from the company twice and she was going to get with the project manager, who never got back with us. We have since gotten the work done and no longer need their services. Would I recommend this company? I doubt very much, doesn't seem they want to work.
